"Oh honey, you'll be so proud of me...while you were gone I cleaned out the garage and threw out all those old paint cans. I got new blinds for the living room too."
Also a problem for the heirs throwing out all his junk. "Did you know that he hid small amounts of money in places you would never suspect?" "But of course, and I found both hiding places. But $3 seems like hardly worth the trouble to hide."
my house was robbed, and I had an empty coffee container that you could not see through, that had $1,000 in it and next to it I had a clear glass jar of pennies half-filled, they took the jar of pennies, but left the coffee container.

Some of these are great n I've used some for years but 'disposable' items aren't a good idea cos ur likely to chuck them in the garbage when u forget which is which.
The answer is, it's your flash drive, what are you going to put on it? A good basic answer is any information you might need in a emergency that you don't want stolen.
To the people who are commenting that burglars could also be watching these videos: the best thing you can do is just go and look around your home. With Velcro or magnets, you can pretty much hide anything.
I like this channel and your excellent ideas. However, people also need to consider how a thief works. When I was growing up, my grandparents bought at auction a piece of property that had previously had been owned by an elderly widow who had passed away. Her so-called "neighbors" had broken into the house, thoroughly torn the place apart, and smashed every one of her treasures, including all of her picture frames. They tore out the ceiling and insulation, destroyed her mattresses, and left absolutely nothing in the house undamaged. If you hide things this way, you need to take into consideration what type of two-legged animals might come looking for it. We tend to think like civilized people and forget what else is in our midst. Also, these methods of hiding things will totally let you down in the event of a fire or flood. Again, I am not trying to troll your channel, but these things may be worth thinking about if choosing a hiding place.
That is possible, but not necessarily the case. Looters are just out to steal what they can and just don't have any conscience about what they are doing. I do not know anything about the lady, but just a rumor that she had something hidden in the house must have been enough to empower the looters to completely destroy her home.
Fact of life: thieves are going to do what they do, that's their job. I'm sure they even watch videos. Concealment is just one part of keeping things yours. Alarms, good locks, guard dogs, security services and a solid network of trustworthy neighbors are some of the ways to deter a break in. The truth is you can always rent a storage unit or a safe deposit box. If you really want piece of mind you can seal stuff in your basement under concrete like John Wick.
Wow.. some of those are awesome! Great ideas.. Pass on the picture frame one. I mean, isn't that were they find the loot in every movie? If it's not in the art, it's in the safe behind the art..
I was thinking, "Where's the wall safe? Bummer." Isn't that always where they hide the safes in the movies? And some video games? Hardly a "secret" place. Maybe hidden or out-of-sight though.
Wow - you didn't say "hidey hole" 100 times on this video!! Don't you believe in banks, though?! You've got more cash to hide than a crack dealer! Great video!
Hi, Diane, hold onto your socks: My late, wise, son of the 'great depression' dad had an emergency long distance trip to make, of course on a weekend, after banking hours, well before the time of ATM's, and sent me up to my folks' bedroom, to retrieve a rubber-banded group of road maps in a worn old bureau drawer. He had all of us watch. Within the folds of these maps was, unknown to any of us kids, a treasure of cash in healthy dollar amounts, $20s, 50's, and 100's. We were all stunned, and had a whole new respect for my always-prepared dad. This family secret was never mentioned outside the family until we lost him. He was full of quiet accomplishments and it was our joy to uncover them; they were not strewn around carelessly. Twain must have known him personally! I'm grateful 'I' did.
1:10 "The only time I've ever opened this is to add more soap so it's a perfect hiding spot" Yeah, if you wanna be that guy that fills up the soap dispenser for the rest of your life.
I love these, but if I ever moved I would be guaranteed to forget about more than half of these hiding places. 😐 Nice surprise for the next owner when they renovate! 😂 Would also need to remember to retrieve items quickly when a wildfire, flood, or tornado is imminent!
What about the 15 places that he didn't mention? And maybe he moves stuff around, every month, just to keep people guessing? And what if he actually keeps all his money in his wallet? Hiding places are only for YT ratings? Ah, but do you know where his wallet is?
kewl. my sister did great hiding in her house....forgot n sold house n couldn't get back in for her money! Haaaaa. don't throw out tissue boxes without tearing up....i am forgetful too much. but good ideas. don't ever have a fire and be running around inside too much....separate garages are handy.....messy tool chests n drawers are a great detour. some tool handles screw off. thanks for the tips!!
So many great ideas unless you, like me, have a short term memory issue and forget where you hid everything. two years ago I stashed several hundred dollars in a very good hiding place, then couldn't remember where I hid it. Still MIA :-(
Thieves would love watching these videos...also, you have to have the cash in order to hide it. Write down where you hid items, since our memories can be slack.
Doc Hatfield burglars rarely have all day to search through food cupboards, lofts and opening old paint cans. A burglar is always going to go for what’s quickly accessible and then get the hell out of there.
How about a mayonnaise jar or peanut butter jar painted on the inside to look like it is full and then put something heavy to simulate the weight of a full jar and the rest can be used for a hidey hole.
In your last video you mentioned about taking a 35mm film canister and using some fishing line and a magnet to attach to a floor vent. Not very good idea. For if you put it on the air outlet vent many things can happen. 1 the line could break or 2 the magnet slips off and you lose the whole thing down the air vents. For when I remove some of my vents some may also be a little tight when removing or replacing the vent back into the floor as it rubs snug up against the side walls of the floor opening. Which this could cause it to snag on the magnet and pull it off. Now unless you have the other vents that are used for air intake vents then its best to put it one of those rather than the air outlet vent. For the air intake vents also have the floor framing underneath which is basically just a wood box frame with maybe some insulation. It would be best to use this instead. Also using a disposable tissue box is not a very smart idea. For when you finish all the tissues in the box and you forget about it a month or 2 later after you used them all up and you throw out the box. Not only are you throwing out the box but your stash of money, flash drive etc and then your SOL. And by the time you think about it, itll probably be to late to do anything about it. Not smart. Another solution is to reuse an old Krazy Glue All Purpose Precision Tip container. Once you have used up all your glue your left with the empty container, which has a storage tube and a cap. Throw away the used up glue dispenser, but keep the Krazy Glue label on the container and you can roll up some dollar bills insert them into the tube and recap it. And you can put it in a dresser drawer or cabinet, or your junk drawer for everyone uses super glue to repair things with.
"Oh honey, you'll be so proud of me...while you were gone I cleaned out the garage and threw out all those old paint cans. I got new blinds for the living room too."
🤣😂🤣😂🤣My thoughts too!
Also a problem for the heirs throwing out all his junk. "Did you know that he hid small amounts of money in places you would never suspect?" "But of course, and I found both hiding places. But $3 seems like hardly worth the trouble to hide."

yea ..pennies and change banks good bait to keep people away from the real stash

i agree
Either myself or my husband would totally throw the tissue box in the trash! Bye bye extra money :(
Angela Nardi yah. If someone were to not know about what's truly inside, they may just through it away
ya same not my husband though lol my mom
Owen Rezabek you spelled throw wrong
Regarding the Kleenex box, I would literally forget I hid something in it and throw it out on accident.
Same with old paint cans!
what i want to know is what's on that flash drive
most of the time I'll bet its porn ??
The answer is, it's your flash drive, what are you going to put on it? A good basic answer is any information you might need in a emergency that you don't want stolen.
😂😂😂😂😂
It's whatever you're perverted mind believes it to be.
Probably his UA-cam files.
Whenever i'm kinda sad or exhausted i just have to watch your video. You have so much positive energy ! Thank You :D
Well-Said!!!
Now part of a playlist for aspiring burglers! Thanks for showing them where to look for valuables!
To the people who are commenting that burglars could also be watching these videos: the best thing you can do is just go and look around your home. With Velcro or magnets, you can pretty much hide anything.

+Laurie McLean Thank you for your concern.
Laurie McLean yes but the thief apparently hated that lady
That is possible, but not necessarily the case. Looters are just out to steal what they can and just don't have any conscience about what they are doing. I do not know anything about the lady, but just a rumor that she had something hidden in the house must have been enough to empower the looters to completely destroy her home.
Yeah my main thought with a lot of these is what would happen in a fire.

Tampax box. no one will look
Sue Jenkins exactly
Thanks for the tip
It would be bad if you forgot were you put ever thing . Like the tissue box,it would be bad if you through that away and forgot your money
emily scott Recycle your box and it won't ever be a problem.
emily scott hey I know you from school!
Write it down as you go along and tape your instructions under something.
Wow.. some of those are awesome! Great ideas.. Pass on the picture frame one. I mean, isn't that were they find the loot in every movie? If it's not in the art, it's in the safe behind the art..
+James Zawacki Very true, but do they check every frame in the house?
Specific Love Creations Nope, just the one with the loot in it. ;)
The burglars always check behind pictures.
"SMART" burglars check behind
I was thinking, "Where's the wall safe? Bummer." Isn't that always where they hide the safes in the movies? And some video games? Hardly a "secret" place. Maybe hidden or out-of-sight though.
"Treasure Hunt at Specific Love's House"! Ha ha ha Jen
+Christian Adventure Films LOL!!!
Excellent ideas! Keep the videos coming.
Yes . Let's keep educating the underworld.
Wow - you didn't say "hidey hole" 100 times on this video!!
Don't you believe in banks, though?! You've got more cash to hide than a crack dealer! Great video!
+Diane Smith LOL, I use banks too
Hi, Diane, hold onto your socks: My late, wise, son of the 'great depression' dad had an emergency long distance trip to make, of course on a weekend, after banking hours, well before the time of ATM's, and sent me up to my folks' bedroom, to retrieve a rubber-banded group of road maps in a worn old bureau drawer. +J Jo This is a wonderful story. Reminds me of my Grandpa- he was 'old school clever' (as my kids would say)Thanku for sharing😎
+J Jo This reminds me of my dad as well. He was a man of the great depression also, and his preparation for things was always an awesome thing to see.
+Diane Smith Didn't you notice that he was hiding all $1 bills? Also, I'm guessing he was using the same "bank roll" over and over, lol.
1:10 "The only time I've ever opened this is to add more soap so it's a perfect hiding spot" Yeah, if you wanna be that guy that fills up the soap dispenser for the rest of your life.
this is a great Channel! keep the videos coming
+TheLightHouseLady You are very kind, thank you
Waaaay better than the first edition! Nicely done!
Cool places to hide your "money"... 😉😂
Thanks!
You need to make a list of where you hid everything, just incase something happens to you. That way your spouse or children can find it.
And then hide the list
@@donna529
Hide the list in one of the hiding places?
Great video keep up the great work
Love the paint can one it would make a good faraday cage for flash drives, thanks.
henrycems paint cans are not Faraday cages. It's a metal can.
I like your idea's but I can see, forgetting where I hid it, and someone throwing some of these idea's out in the trash, "tissue's"
I love these, but if I ever moved I would be guaranteed to forget about more than half of these hiding places. 😐 Nice surprise for the next owner when they renovate! 😂
Would also need to remember to retrieve items quickly when a wildfire, flood, or tornado is imminent!
Use your hiden flash drive.
Do you keep a list of where you have hidden stuff?
I would worry that I would forget.
Once again, you didn't disappoint. Great ideas! Thanks!
+Patricia Ladd Thanks
Now we all know where all your money is.
Adam Joshua 0
Adam Joshua lol the question is do you know where he lives
Great ideas !!
+Virginia McJunkin thanks
take a shot every time he says "carefully" or "in this case some cash"
He hid so little money, it wouldn't be worth the drive to go there, even if nearby. Not with these Biden-high gas prices.
Now we know all the hiding places in his house
Or do we
I bet there is at least one he is isn't telling.
What about the 15 places that he didn't mention? And maybe he moves stuff around, every month, just to keep people guessing? And what if he actually keeps all his money in his wallet? Hiding places are only for YT ratings? Ah, but do you know where his wallet is?
Great ideas-especially the picture frames.
Great ideas. Big problem for me. Forget that I hid the money, etc.
you are so smart I've never thought of these hiding spots you are the best
Again, thanks for educating the DEA and others! Now I have to get more creative! Everyone knows these old hiding spaces already!
kewl. my sister did great hiding in her house....forgot n sold house n couldn't get back in for her money! Haaaaa. don't throw out tissue boxes without tearing up....i am forgetful too much. but good ideas. don't ever have a fire and be running around inside too much....separate garages are handy.....messy tool chests n drawers are a great detour. some tool handles screw off. thanks for the tips!!

Please Please Please, do a video on where I can get the $$$$, so I can use one of you suggestion. I would love to have $$$ to hide.
Great Ideas😀
"gotta hide that porn" was my first thought when he hides that flash drive. 😂😂😂
With my luck either my husband or I would forget and throw the Kleenex box out.
Great ideas ! Have you ever considered a dryer lint trap?
There is a lot of potential of fire with the dryer so I avoided it.
I would put the title to the house behind the frame it's important but you never look at it this is perfect spot.
Good idea
Robbers: writing all this down. Lol
great ideas thanks I might just use some
The disposable items could easily be accidentally he thrown away.
Good ideas, Dan.
+CrankyPants Thanks
Yes, but why what should I be afraid of that I would need to do this?
i like all your videos..
Thank you
I love the paint can one, it's brilliant.
3:19
is useful for me because i always ran out of toilet paper so i call it "Emergency Paper"
This is the best comment on this video
Any ideas for fire proof things to use also?
Neat Hiding spots
I would forget where I put all my money, and I'll move out of the house and realize.... I forgot my money
Wow, never knew that about the toilet roll holders
So many great ideas unless you, like me, have a short term memory issue and forget where you hid everything. two years ago I stashed several hundred dollars in a very good hiding place, then couldn't remember where I hid it. Still MIA :-(

be sure to leave yourself a treasure map! lol i totally lost my passport by putting it into a "safe place"!!!
Thieves would love watching these videos...also, you have to have the cash in order to hide it. Write down where you hid items, since our memories can be slack.
You should host a scavenger hunt at your home.
I am sure all the thieves in the country thank you for this valuable information so they will know were to find money.
Doc Hatfield burglars rarely have all day to search through food cupboards, lofts and opening old paint cans. A burglar is always going to go for what’s quickly accessible and then get the hell out of there.
ten ways to easily forget where you put all your stuff
From my days of being addicted to drugs, i have used everyone of those places hiding places, lol,. Good video though,.
Out of sight, out of mind. Doesnt that mean you will forget about it?
Thanks for telling me where to hide murder weapons
Now I know where to find your loot! Lol 😄
Do you hide anything besides money?
Lets see the police try to find all my drugs now
Thank You, Cool ideas!! You are more wise than the average bear.
Thanks
why are you screaming you get louder wit every clip but love the vids
+Alanna Scott Sorry, it was a new camera and I did not realize how much better it picked up my voice. It is much better now.

Now all I need is the cash to hide👍🇺🇸👊
hope your wife doens't look for the flashdrive after seeing the video hahaha
I would like to hear you come up with some more things to hide besides money and flash drives
good vid thanks specific love
YaBoii Cade what Is specific love? How is it different from that of just love?
Imagine an Easter egg hunt in his house. Most kids find eggs but little Timmy You Tube finds thousands of dollars and 3 flash drives.
Super great ideas for a grateful 77 year old
Okay. We got him
The neighbors wondering why im cleaning my blinds every Friday night.
Good ideas for hiding cash...but who has cash to hide? I don't.
what were YOU gonna hide?
How about a mayonnaise jar or peanut butter jar painted on the inside to look like it is full and then put something heavy to simulate the weight of a full jar and the rest can be used for a hidey hole.
Well no, what if someone opens the jar?
salty sugar • 10 months ago
That is the risk one always takes when you have hidden treasure.
y all the flash drives is it like por* haha jks nice vid

#2 what if someone throws it away
He defiantly was a cop.
