Hi jhampa. Nice video . Some recommendations:
1. Avoid regular use of polish and rubbing compound. They are abrasive in nature as they remove a fine layer of clear coat each time you use them . These two are basically used to remove paint imperfection such as light scratches or bird dripping stains , hard water mark - etc . I would suggest to use these only twice during a year
2. There is no harm with wax . It is non abrasive in nature and creates a fine protective layer on the clear coat. Avoid rubbing on plastic or vinyl as it will lead to white streaks which get worse with time . Feel free to use on glass though:)
3. For plastics and vinyls use a car dashboard dresser/protectant . Avoid products with high silicone content . Again don’t use on handle grips or pedals as they will become slippery :(

Sorrt but i dont want to ruin the paint of my vehicle rubbing compound removes top most layer of your clear coat and shouldn't be used for more than once a year also micro aberrations dont get removed they just hide because of the wax layer if you want to take real care of your vehicle use claybar nit rubbing compound and only use rubbing compound if u have a visible scratch or your paint gets yellow(for white vehicles)

WTF !! That's not good for Vehicles !! Polishing or waxing your bike or any other vehicle is'nt good ! That Reduces your shine and make Fade your shine color !! Avoid that ! for all!! Don't even teflon coat your vehicle !! After that it makes cracks if you put your vehicle under sun ! It' s my own experience after spending much money on that products !! Just put a K&N airfilter on Rs 200 That's it !! Be satisfied !!Polishing or Waxing makes your stock color fade after lil time of shine !! Forsure!
Lucky 222 agreed for most of the part but if you get tefflon coating from a good place like 3m stores they dont crack or fade also use high quality wax and dont ever use paint wax on the black/chrome trims there is a special 3M product for such parts also 1thing that you can do is take your car directly to a wrapping shop and get it wrapped in 3M transparent wrap please note that there are tons of fake 3M weaps out there so do check for quality first of all if you try puncturing the wrap with your key it would be next to impossible aslo the sticky side has a texure which allows air to escape to avoid any bubbles (3M dosent pay me to this comment its just that i used ther products and they turned out to be good)

Lucky 222 u dont know anything about detailing i think u gave to local shop for putting polish ..they mix cutting oil with kerosene and apply paste ..that will spoil ur paint ..lol
