At first, this seems a real surprise. But when one is apprised of the ways in which he compiled his fortune by first entering and working illegally it is less so.
I bet he does but his ego won't let him admit when he's wrong. That's the moral of this entire story. It wasn't that he made a wrong prediction, it was that he wasn't man enough to admit his mistakes (surely no charity got the money either)
It's shocking. For whatever reason, Dan Carlin had him on Addendum, just as Musk's roller coaster car was starting its downward trajectory. It was shocking to listen to him discuss WWII tech and be so empty and inessential. He came across as an idiot. And now we know: inheritance, work ethic, bullying, and busting through the door are his real skills.
The reality is that our form of gov't does have POLITICAL APPOINTEES placed in gov't by each new President. Again, not a fan of "pedo guy" Musk, but every POTUS appoints people we didn't vote for or have any say in...
Actually, he was. He was Trump's right hip on the campaign trail and put out supposedly 200 million to have free access to Trump! The once illegal immigrant is Trump's right hand!
In 2014 when Obergefell was passed, my very conservative brother, like many conservatives, were dead-set against allowing gay marriage and claimed it would destroy the institution of marriage. We had a handshake bet for $5000 that by 2020 the Supreme Court would decide whether human/animal sex was legal. Needless today, gay marriage didn't destroy hetero marriage, and human/animal sex didn't appear before the supreme court (it didn't even start to climb the legal ladder). It is 10 years later. No only didn't he pay up, the few times I've mentioned it he literally has no response, as if I had not moved my lips. He doesn't agree, doesn't apologize, doesn't offer any excuse -- he simply goes on with the conversion like I had never spoken. He is worth millions; the money doesn't matter. If the facts don't agree with his worldview, he simply ignores them.
@@fudgesauce not surprising. Many people are like that. Never want to admit they’re wrong. I usually find that the bigger ego, the less likely someone will admit they were wrong. But we shouldn’t dwell on these things too much as it is not in usual for people to lie and just accept that many do.
Narcissists will never, ever admit to being wrong or apologise about anything. In their minds they are perfect. If you prove them wrong then they will attempt revenge and still not accept the proof.

Character is not the issue, and has no place in this discussion. But I agree when it comes to Harris's character, although I don't know him personally.

Trump at least has self-awareness even if frequently too much of it. Elon is kind of like if Trump came up the tech age and went that way instead of real estate.
Trump stored classified information in one of his bathrooms. I'm greatly concerned about Elon having classified info, but I'm equally as concerned about other people getting their hands on it.
Sam Harris is, and always has been, one of the rare voices of reason in these crazy times. He doesn't bow down to anyone, he just tells the truth as he sees it. Thank you Sam Harris.
I remember Elon crying about lockdowns that shut down his factories temporarily. I found it hillarious when emperor Xi shut him down in China and locked down MUCH harder than the US ever did, and we didn't hear so much as a MOUSE FART out of elon... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I'm a Tesla owner. Have been for more than three years. It's a great car and I love it. But I'm now so disgusted with Musk that I feel uncomfortable driving it; I'm thinking of getting rid of it and finding some other EV. It's sad. Sometimes bad people create good things--that's just a fact of life. But in this case, it's hard for me to divorce the creation from the creator.
Compartmentalise. Drive your Tesla with pride but get a bunper sticker with Musk is a dick on it. I'm the same with SpaceX. Amazing company, filled with true geniuses, under threat by it's adolescent CEO. I really hope he doesn't bring them down
Elon Musk is utterly incapable of engineering, designing or even really understanding any project related to Tesla or Space X, all he does is own it, and cash in state subsidies for it. Most companies are owned by ghouls, but the people making the products are different
I normally would say that keying a car is a morally reprehensible and cowardly thing to do--unless it's a Tesla, in which case I would applaud it. Especially if it's the owner who does it to his own Tesla.
Musk is just an incredibly fragile person. Most people learn social skills that Musk hasn't by the time they're finished with primary school, middle school at the latest.
Well, Musk has written code. He has also guided Tesla ans SpaceX to where they are with his engineering talents. Some people can attain high level skills without formal training and Musk is one of them. But he has Asperger's syndrome and that makes him an asshole.
"He's not as smart as people give him credit for" Yeah ... he is. Every business venture he starts becomes a multi billion dollar industry and he is literally changing the world. I am not asking you to like him, but your basic point is childish and incorrect. Zuckerberg didn't even graduate, is he more stupid than me because I have a PhD?
He's smart but it goes to show you that smarts/IQ aren't the whole package you want and not have personality. Ie. Hitler was smart and did stupid yet very effective negative things.
the bachelor in physics is nothing special especially since his family comes from money. Wouldn't be surprised if he just bought his way through education.
After hearing the exchange betwixt Harris and Musk, I now fully comprehebd why Trump and Musk get along--they are cut from the same cloth of wealthy stupid.
But WE did eveything in our power to warn them. True, Trump is going to drive America off a cliff, but MAGA is also on board and they will pay a steep, steep price.
He was only saying that because he was angry that he left OpenAI before they released chatgpt. He left because he said their competitors were far ahead of OpenAI, 😂. After chatgpt was released, Elon was furious that his name wasn't associated with it because he had left the company. He then went running around saying how suddenly dangerous AI was, and how there needs to be a pause in development. What a stooge. Then as soon as he bought an AI company, Grock, he no longer cared about the "danger." He is a fool. He also constantly sues OpenAI and claims completely false things about the company. OpenAI has now printed Elon's emails on their website showing that _he_ wanted the company to move faster and didn't care about safety.

I prefer a wealth tax like Sen Warren suggested. Middle class people already pay substantial wealth taxes (property taxes). Wealthy people pay almost nothing, on a comparative basis.
Elon musk making a bet, setting all the rules and parameters, and flaunting his wealth, only to not follow through and be a baby about it, is what really makes this believable to me. That is extremely in line with his behavior.
I’ve never followed Elon, and never knew that he dated Amber Heard, or had a child who considered a sex change operation. Am I crazy to think there is a connection between the hatred online against Heard and transsexuals? I didn’t follow the Heard trial and I don’t understand the great fear of trans people. I don’t remember people in the past being so afraid of or hateful towards them. Is this a coincidence or did he help plant seeds of mass hatred towards people or groups who he feels immaculated by?
@captiongeeza rejection sensitive dysphoria is common in autistic humans, and can look like " a bratty kid having a tantrum ", or an autistic adult displaying what appears to be an inappropriate reaction, among many many other traits that Musk seems to really struggle with. The Damage that Stupid Narcissists can do, where they are NEVER wrong and NEVER apologise because they are constantly having their delicate false self proven to be Moronic still astounds me. Beyond childish and petty

Let me tell you a funny story. One day Elon gets an incredible offer from a mysterious creature. He is offered a golden pill. If he swallows the pill today, it would let him live a 1000 more years on earth. On 1 condition: he must spend 1 million dollars every day. Day after day, for a thousand years. Otherwise, he dies immediately. Musk lets out a nervous laugh, as he quickly does the math. A thousand years, hmm...a thousand times 365 days. That would be 365.000 days. The nervous laugh turns into a cheeky smile. He wants to take the pill badly. He, the genius himself feels like the chosen one. The closest thing to immortality he thinks. But the price...he needs to pay 365.000 times a million dollars. His smile gets bigger. He knows. He can afford it, easily. Because 365.000 times a million dollars is 365 billion. He has enough, he can take it! And so he does. Happily knowing that when his thousand extra years will be over, with current standings, he can STILL die as one of the 20 richest people on our planet, beating 8.000.000.000 people at it with his remaining 55.000.000.000 dollars on his bank account. That is how rich Elon is. And that is how little 1 million means to him.
I can definitely see Elon "maligning Harris over imaginary offenses". Elon claiming Asmon is coolie to his editor could be argued to be unintentional misunderstanding with plausbile deniability. but Elon has had one too many incident of accusing people for the most outlandish guilt. it is by now a habit. remember when he accused a diver for being PDF for rejecting his idea of using submarine to rescue some boys stuck in a cave?

His wealth is largely due to his father's initial grant, and Peter Thiel making PayPal successful despite Elon's gross incompetence. Look for yourself if you don't believe me. The information is out there, it is just buried under decades and millions spent on PR by Elon. The Elon you "know" and are familiar with never existed; it is a PR invented persona.
As someone who has had many discussions with conspiracy theorists I have learned that it's impossible to have discussions with conspiracy theorists. A conspiracy theorist with that much wealth is truly dangerous
Conspiracy theorist? Musk is an elite with an agenda. He also has access to a ridiculous amount of information between the companies he owns and the governments hes cozied up to. Certifiably dangerous.
With all due respect, why do you use the term conspiracy theorist? All it does is keeps your mind naive from evaluating the world properly. If you don't think there's 1001 different forces wanting to bend your mind to suit their interests, who are employing their best strategies that they know (I run a business, this is basic), then you don't know the world. This slur term infuriates me, only because I'd prefer to be dealing with fellow rational creatures who can mutually benefit each other through rational discussion, rather than running into this slur term any time there's something good to discuss. When something is ruled a priori because it's a conspiracy theory, we're intellectually doomed. In the case of Musk, I would agree that he's evoking a mysterious unknowable, but insidious force in order to justify his actions and keep his fans in a state of wow. But can we please stop using this term.
@@mark_lhr3 His response sounded pretty intelligent to me. You’d have to be a total ninny head to believe there aren’t forces in this world who want control over you. I'd suggest that is bad judgement on your part. Sam Harris-- like all the "Intellectual Dark Web" types-- speaks outside of his field of study to a degree that crosses over into the pseudo-intellectual.
Completely agree with Pakman and it looks like the comments here are fairly much in agreement, but just in case no one's mentioned it, Musk should also definitely not be in charge of something as important as a mission to Mars. If it fails under his leadership (and the odds are reasonable that it may), it could negate similar efforts for decades. The grown-ups need to be in control of projects like this.
Idk how any secular American could dislike Sam Harris. He imo always speaks in good faith, he's very intelligent and I genuinely believe he wants everyone to live good lives. It's really unfortunate people are quick to label him bigoted the second they don't agree with something he says or believes. I don't agree with everything Sam says but again I truly believe he has the purest of intentions. Love the show David your another person I'm so glad exists in this space, we need you now more than ever!! ❤❤❤
Easy, here are only 2 reasons out of several for seculars to dislike Sam : 1. He is and has always been biased against Islam. His critiques of religion focus so much more on the negative aspects of Islam while being lenient on equivalent aspects in other religions. From the POV of an atheist this is at the very least inconsistent. And today, for Europe and the USA, Christian fundamentalism is a far bigger issue and threat to democracy than Islam ever was. 2. He is a poor judge of character and therefore made friends and platformed some very dubious characters. Sometimes he eventually figures out that those people are dubious and cuts ties, but it always took a long time.
I think his critique of Islam is on point though. He seems to focus on it because the abuse towards women and minorities in societies governed by fundamentalist Muslims is omnipresent. Yes, in the US Christians are the danger, but they don't imprison people for leaving the faith, they don't throw stone at people for being unfaithful or gay, etc. The bad judge of character part I have to agree with. There's something to be said about the fact that he cut ties with them. People grow and learn.
@@CodeLife_12 give it a bit of time. You are on this channel, you can see what's coming. It was not so long ago that western countries did imprison people for being gay even when they were famous war heroes, see Alan Turing. The way things are going, we are slowly returning to that. And western countries might not literally imprison people who leave a faith but there are plenty of religious groups that use psychological terror to enforce membership. Even if his critique is correct, my point remains, his critique is still biased and that rubbed a lot of people the wrong way and it lowered his credibility. Also, while he did cut ties, I am not sure he learned. He still seems rather naive in some ways.
he did with donation of Starlink terminals - although that is an easy virtue signal. What I don't understand is why on earth did he blow $43 B on Twitter - just think of all the good he could have done with that!
I'm so saddened to witness the clear and dramatic deterioration of Elon Musk's mind and character. There was a time not that long ago when Musk genuinely seemed committed to helping humanity. Now, I can't even begin to understand what has become of him or what he is attempting to achieve. He just seems... profoundly unwell.
Ive got a lot of respect and love for Sam. I know he’s got plenty to criticize about, like all people who put their opinions out into the world - but I credit Sam for saving my life. The End of Faith (who I know many people refer to as a racist book, *especially* by those who haven’t read it) completely changed my life when I was 14. I was in a horrible place due to extreme religious trauma and tanking mental health. I saw him with Nobel winner Daniel Kahnemen in NYC in 2019 for a live show he did there. I wish I had a chance to thank him personally, but just seeing him live was great! Very interesting segment! Thank you for sharing! I 100% believe Sam as well (bias of course but nothing about Sam points me to this being lies at all). I hadn’t heard about this before and it is rather INSANE! I used to be a big Muskhead a handful of years ago but my god has he gone brain dead! Absolutely a maniacal narcissist!
Sam is one of the few public intellectuals that made it mainstream who have integrity. I am unabashedly his supporter. I credit him for a lot of things that have helped me like meditation, things I probably would never consider seriously
Harris helped me save my own life too. I commented mentioning it here already. Thinking about this and about mindfulness just made me thinnk about Musks 'my brain is a storm' comment on JRE. Harris is a clear thinker and Musk is self-servingly confused and probably bi-polar. I hope he gets help tbh that would be the best solution for everyone.
I listen to Sam’s podcast regularly, for years now. Of course he’s telling the truth. The topic of Elon is not uncommon and indeed I recall all the episodes when in which this all was going down. Sam has made every effort approach the situation with care, as he until recently always considered Elon a friend, and it was important that he went about expressing his thoughts to him as respectfully and as privately as possible. Having seen the result of not taking the time to do that with another friend/acquaintance. It’s to bad it didn’t mean a damn thing in the end. You know I feel bad for Sam. I know these things come with the territory, but he actually cared and it’s just upsetting to see in all the spiteful and petty ways Elon has chosen to handle things on his end. Just another signal that we are barreling into uncharted territory in our culture and there is little to be hopeful for. And Musk is a genuine child inside and wow is it something to behold.
I've had a friend or two like Elon and it's so upsetting to me. The idea that when you push back as respectfully and diplomatically as you possibly can on something, then being treated like garbage... It is such a waste of your goodness.
Finding out a person you thought was a friend is a raging malignant narcissist, is not fun. They fool a lot of people. Elon doing a smear campaign against Sam is one of the malignant narcissist's most favourite DARVO tactics.
I clicked with interest because I've loosely followed Harris for decades and I was ready to find you'd be revealing disturbing Harris texts. I'm astonished by people who still think Elon Musk is some sort of genius. If anything Sam Harris is far ^closer^ to being a genius, but neither I nor Harris himself would think or claim that. Sam Harris is a smart, thoughtful guy, with a few blind spots in my opinion, but vastly closer to the kind of example people should be looking to as a public intellectual. At the very least, he does not consider it okay if millions of people die deaths he could have prevented. What Harris reveals in these texts is exactly what he reveals everywhere, a useful and benevolent mind that's more or less an open book as far as his opinions on public matters are concerned.

This is the comment I was looking for. When Musk made that accusation ( I think it was to one of the divers) , I realized there is something wrong with the guy. My opinion of Musk has only gone downhill from there.
Recall also the Thai soccer team cave rescue situation, where Elon had the "best" idea involving a theoretical submersible, but was usurped by people that really knew what they were doing. His response was to slander one of the rescue team leaders.
If this account is true (and it is likely the case), Elon Musk is showing very low standards of moral integrity... and so does Sam Harris in his several and cumulative videos siding with the genocide of an entire occupied population. I used to take Sam seriously and even meditate to his app, but in the same way your reading of the account on Elon Musk made you conclude that Elon is not someone you could trust with power or good political judgment, my repetitive exposure to Sam Harris' views on the Palestinian genocide made me conclude that he is not only far from someone whose political or moral judgements you could trust, but also someone in no position to give any moral lessons to anyone. Statements like (paraphrasing here but the argument he repeatedly made is pretty much this - cf his solo podcasts) "I mean killing kids and women is bad, but what else can Israel do other than carpet bomb the entire area?"... making such disgusting statements in the context of a unanimously and internationally recognized occupation (and widely recognized genocide with clear genocidal intents) where children, women, handicapped people, UN workers, journalists, medics, aid workers, UN staff, hospitals have been thoroughly documented to be consistently targeted beyond any doubt, by independent observers... As someone whose ancestors have suffered occupation (and I'm sure most of your viewers have done so in a way or another), Sam's positions are disgusting. And I hope you single Sam Harris out just like you did with Elon.
May I ask why ca 50.000 dead at maximum get you all riled up but hundreds of thousands of deaths don't matter. Is it because the first is jew on muslim and the latter muslim on muslim? Just why? What about Yemen, which is by all measures a worse humanitarian crisis than Gaza? Or China, which is doing proper genociding, using a large scale system of concentration camps? Why can you only blame Israel, which is by no means a saint, for the dead of Gaza, who have been made into human shields by Hamas, the great destroyer of music festivals?
You are reading moral character wrong. There are no easy answers to the Isreali/Palestinian conflict. He backs Israel because as flawed as isreal is - it's a democracy and it's not being run by actual barbarians who talk daily about massaracing the Jewish people. If you are seeing this in black and white terms - then frankly your moral judgement is deeply flawed. Sometimes being ethical absolutely requires picking a side. I agree with Sam. We should back Israel ( and use our leverage to protect the lives of Palestinian civilians ). It's the only ethical path. You can't back the Palestinans, because their leaders actually want genocide ( and say so ). At least Isreals flaws are held within a democratic framework that can be bent to better outcomes.
Najib, I completely agree with your assessment of the Palestinian genocide. That being said, I don’t make such sweeping conclusions regarding Sam’s character and integrity. Sam’s take on the Israel-Palestine issue just shows that no matter how smart or wise we think we are, we all have blind spots and biases. Sam is a Jew, and therefore, whether at a conscious or subconscious level, is biased on this issue. I’m not Arab nor Jew, so I can look at this situation with some detachment. That said, I’m a human and my heart breaks for all the innocent people that are dying in this conflict, mostly Palestinians. I still agree with Sam on 90% of the issues. I believe he gets a lot right but has biases like any human being. I believe he’s a man of integrity with very well reasoned ideas, so I don’t feel like throwing the baby out with the bath water just because I have opposing views on this issue.
@@ricardalejandre3541 there's also many many examples of [people of his faith] who are speaking out about crimes their state is carrying out, not just on the current conflict, so showing that doesnt always have to bias their judgement.

@@frankcapra5304 Yup, you're a conspiracy theorist!
Totally agree. Most of them have personality defects.
@@mark_lhr3 His response sounded pretty intelligent to me. You’d have to be a total ninny head to believe there aren’t forces in this world who want control over you. You think an employee has never been taken advantage of? I promise you there are greater evils in this world than work place exploitation, which is an every day occurrence that does indeed count as a conspiracy.
The problem is not that he was wrong, the problem is that he was so confident about something he doesn't understand.
Sam is awesome.
He's actually not. He's a classic "both sides" enlightened centrist. He goes after the left harder than he goes after the right. He bent himself into a pretzel trying to defend a white supremacist, Charles Murray, and pretending the guy had purely innocent intentions, which either makes Harris massively naive or a willing accessory. He is occasionally very astute but overall he's not worth his salt.
No he isn't. He's a grifter of questionable character who speaks outside of his field of study-- impressive to adolescent boys, but not to those who have education in those other fields of study.
@ Are you talking about Sam ? Please, you must be joking.
@@nsbd90now Tell us all a few things Sam is wrong about?
Sam Harris is virulently anti-trans. I used to think he was ok until his appearance of The Bulwark last month. Disturbing stuff.
Imagine a man who has a warehouse full of food. More food than he could eat in his lifetime. Meanwhile, families & children struggle & die of hunger. And this man is who we celebrate & aspire to be? This is the direction our country has chosen to pursue! Even the so called "religious" have excepted this immoral worldview! America needs to change! This is why in all the other subjects our people cant tell right from wrong anymore! The politicians & the media lie & the public can no longer see thru it!
You loved him a few years ago. You don't mind pelosi having millions and then giving herself a pay raise.
You got that right. Both Musk and Trump are rotten to the core. It was evident 20 years ago.
It has become a social problem of HUGE magnitude!! Truly threatening to the future of society.
I agree 100%. The qorld has consistently promoted the worst of humanity into positions of power! Just terrible imo.
@@GrizzlyHillsRadioNo you can be against both
I used to listen to Sam religiously, but recently I've decided I just can't listen to him given his stance on israel/gaza. I lost most of my respect for him. Despite that, I know without a shred of doubt that Sam has a million times more integrity and honesty in his pinky toe than elon has in his whole bloodline.
Sam Harris tells the truth and is waaaaaaay smarter than musky
Musk is a typical engineer…beyond brilliant but has no patience for social nonsense and he could not give less what people think of what he says. He only cares about action. Sam…does nothing except preach like a pastor at church. He’s not a doer. He’s a talker of endless nonsense.
@@RobertMollentze-r4wexcept both points you made are proven wrong by this evidence.
Sam knew what he was talking about and was 100% right, Musk was wrong in this instance.
Yes Musk is seen as a doer, wants action. The problem is, if you charge in all action with the wrong information you end up making yourself look stupid, which is what Musk is doing now in Germany, the UK and the US
@@RobertMollentze-r4w Musk isn't an engineer...
@@RobertMollentze-r4wspending 5 minutes on Elon's social media is sufficient to debunk any notion that he is smart.
Sam Harris may be more intelligent, but that doesn't make him a good person either.
I friggin love Sam Harris. I never thought I'd see his name on this channel.
He’s been on a couple times.
David has interviewed Sam Harris once or twice before, go check it out :)
he loves you too 😏
Me too! It's unfortunate how much shit he gets. It's usually bull shit too. Like he constantly gets attacked from the left and the right.
Great post. Thanks.
Easy, here are only 2 reasons out of several for seculars to dislike Sam :
Yes he's islamaphobic and he's vile like his pals peterson, shapiro and murray@@AlexandruVoda
How about ELON MUSK donate some of his money to help victims of the L.A. Fires.
He doesn't have any sense of morality or empathy. He'll never give to others
You first, go there give the time
Sociopaths like Musk have no empathy for others. You might as well expect tears from a rock.
he did with donation of Starlink terminals - although that is an easy virtue signal. What I don't understand is why on earth did he blow $43 B on Twitter - just think of all the good he could have done with that!
Elon Musk should donate to the victims of the fire for performative philanthropy.
Harris aint lyin
@@mementomori8991100% with ya!! His take on meditation as a neuroscientist makes it even more persuasive and interesting as well!
This is really concerning considering the fact that # 45 would regularly parrot Fox News nonsense.
"a few blind spots"
They are more than a few.
And,
they are bigger than spots.

I have so much respect for Sam. Having a nuanced position on issues instead of tribal alliances is brave.
Regarding Musk: years ago when they were a bunch of kids and a few teachers stuck in a cave in Asia. Elon sent a mini submarine, it was too large to fit through the narrow passages and Elon Took offence And called one of the teachers a pedo,/ Pedophile, his sensitive ego was activated. It was at that point I saw trouble. The rest is just history sadly.
Yes that was a warning sign.
This is the comment I was looking for. When Musk made that accusation ( I think it was to one of the divers) , I realized there is something wrong with the guy. My opinion of Musk has only gone downhill from there.
😳. Why are these people so crazy

He should sue for that money he owes him.
Musk's trajectory matches very closely to Howard Hughes' in the movie The Aviator.
Musk is going crazy!
Sam came with the receipts.
The text that ended their friendship is hilarious. "Does 35,000 deaths plus 600,000 equal 35,000 cases?"
Recall also the Thai soccer team cave rescue situation, where Elon had the "best" idea involving a theoretical submersible, but was usurped by people that really knew what they were doing. His response was to slander one of the rescue team leaders.

He also uses a lot of other drugs along with Ketamine; his brain is so fried now that he is brain-dead.
This is why sooner or later musk and trump will part ways. After next Monday I won’t be surprised to see some serious ego clashes.
Not just his Israeli apologetics but his attitude to BLM/N word use, also revealed his shallow morals and frankly how dumb he can be too.
Though I agree he has integrity, these last few years Imho Harris holds very odd and oft ""wrong"" opinions of big topics, that dont align w facts / logic. I guess I'd say his 'bias' is more ego and just being cantankerous :D
Anyone familiar with Sam Harris knows that Sam strictly commits to the standard of not lying. He’s telling the truth
For a guy who is supposed to be so smart, Elon comes across rather dull and stupid on every talk show he is on!!!

Every conservative I know has the same incredibly annoying personality trait of never being able to admit they are wrong. Elon is no different.
I don’t agree with Sam on plenty of things but he’s not wrong at all on this.
Elon should stick to his businesses. He's good at that. His skin is waaayyy to thin for politics.
gavin newscum is out right now crying that people are making fun of his name.
But most of his businesses are strongly connected to the government through contracts or subsidies...
Elon is not even good at business. He IS great at being a very convincing grifter and confidence man, particularly with Silicon Valley investors. All of his businesses would be deep in the red if it weren't for government contracts, subsidies and huge tax breaks. He is actually one of the biggest welfare queens in the US. US tax payers basically fund his half trillion dollar wealth. And so many of them are willing to tell him "spank me daddy; take more."
So, Musk has not paid the bet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
With all of his money , ELON MUSK has not donated any of his money 💰 to charity
