The thing about time stop global cool down is also for uni reset, so you can’t gank someone and infinitely reset the universe on them with a squad of MIH.
@@EclipseGameplays don’t forgot about the super OP glitch where you can dimension hop, deploy clones, barrage them all and you have full blood meter, you don’t even need to max out dimension hop to do this if you practice enough

One thing you missed out Eclipse, you can time skip with rage without having to time stop, and also time skip inside time stop. The thing is, you just need to change the keybind to timeskip. Timestop is Z and will always be Z, but you can change the keybind to timeskip, and doing that allows you to timeskip with rage and also timeskip inside your timestop.

random Fun fact: I once called SPTW garbage but when I saw your footage of you using SPTW Hamon and you were winning against persons who use meta to win without effort, and yet you still won, you even got 2v1 or 3v1 sometimes and still won. It give off such chad energy, which is why I got SPTW Hamon, and I actually enjoy it. So thank you
vamp doesn’t really need a buff imo, the hyper regen is already a huge thing and with the move set its boosted even more. freezing allows you to combo start or a quick blood suck blood suck let’s you regain blood and regen fast space ripper stingy eyes gives you a ranged move and if your fighting a noob (that doesn’t know how to put out fire) then it will do burn damage.
cd is pretty decent non-rage mode just because of walls (gives you invincibility after building the wall fo 2-3 seconds but your animation can be cancelled and also breaks block)

In my opinion theese balenced stands: SP, Cream, CD, TA4, D4C, SM, MIH. Probably some more just cant think wich ones, anyways all other stands not included are either Op or Up. (some others are also balenced) this was my opinion btw.
Sm and cd aren't that balanced in my opinion Sm is just off brand mih that's easier to get and does more damage And cd gets rage quicker than any other stand and can use multiple rocks Rocks are longer than ts too Also while people are in rocks cd still has the damage buff so if you get stuck in one rock half your health goes away in a snap Also the wall move gives cd invincibility for a few seconds so you can just dodge any move you want at any time just by using it

I can. Eye gouge is from a spec while star finger is from a stand. If u don't have boxing glove u can't use it even with the skill. Eye gouge will take longer if u don't have the skill with decreased cd's.
Sometimes if you have bad internet you can activate rage and timestop immediately after and the rage will go down at the normal rate, and then after it ends you can wait for the timestop cooldown and use another FULL timestop.

I feel the same about cream, it only has two offensive moves and they both have windup an endlag, however not punishing the startup or endlag can be devastating, making it relatively balanced.
The biggest down side of rage bar is that you cant time skip. Time skip is so versatile, I use pluck + sp and it heavily relies on time skip to make my combo true. I wish the devs would just let me choose a keybind for TS different to the key for time skip
I had star platinum in the past, it's a really powerful stand, I just didn't know how rage mode worked. Frankly coming back YBA I'm working on getting tusk act 4 which is gonna take a very long time (I'm at Act 2 btw)
I think we need a review on D4C:LT, as its ballance is quite broken. My reasons to think so: - The barrage damage is RIDICULOUS being set at 1.9 HP per hit, that is even stronger than KCR with 1.8 HP per hit. I dont even need to say how strong it'd be with hamon. - The clone abuse. The user will permanently spam clones and heal themselves while the opponent fights. You can block the self clones as they use only M1 attacks, but the revolver can break your guard leading to getting stunlocked. While yes, they may be killed, the cooldown is very quick by my opinnion and the clones are fast enough to reach the opponent. In combination with vampirism the self clones offer free blood. - Love Train. Its mainly used for running or starting a combo on the enemy. To keep things fair, the devs did a very right thing, they made that LT ends instantly after you do a slightest attack. There is something wrong in this, as for whatever reason the pose, aka regen move, is also counted as a attack. That is weird but still it makes LT a good combo starter. It may be effectivelly used to flee from your opponent in combination with dimension hop.
Confirms off barrages are normally unperfectblockable moves, such as jaw breaker or scarlet overdrive or pierce strike or thrust or crescent slash, even though crescent slash has trash hitboxes. you could probably get heaven ascended smite off of a barrage too, but if you’re using twoh boxing, go for a barrage into jaw breaker then use smite after they get up from jaw breaker since it is surprisingly a true combo

I block star finger all the time because when I had it npc’s always block, so I knew that star finger could be blocked.

Stand Jump is useful for boss fights like Dio and Joe. When they stop time, you can use stand jump to avoid being hit.

I had star platinum in the past, it's a really powerful stand, I just didn't know how rage mode worked. Frankly coming back YBA I'm working on getting tusk act 4 which is gonna take a very long time (I'm at Act 2 btw)

I think we need a review on D4C:LT, as its ballance is quite broken.
My reasons to think so:
- The barrage damage is RIDICULOUS being set at 1.9 HP per hit, that is even stronger than KCR with 1.8 HP per hit. I dont even need to say how strong it'd be with hamon.
- The clone abuse. The user will permanently spam clones and heal themselves while the opponent fights. You can block the self clones as they use only M1 attacks, but the revolver can break your guard leading to getting stunlocked. While yes, they may be killed, the cooldown is very quick by my opinnion and the clones are fast enough to reach the opponent. In combination with vampirism the self clones offer free blood.
- Love Train. Its mainly used for running or starting a combo on the enemy. To keep things fair, the devs did a very right thing, they made that LT ends instantly after you do a slightest attack. There is something wrong in this, as for whatever reason the pose, aka regen move, is also counted as a attack. That is weird but still it makes LT a good combo starter. It may be effectivelly used to flee from your opponent in combination with dimension hop.

Confirms off barrages are normally unperfectblockable moves, such as jaw breaker or scarlet overdrive or pierce strike or thrust or crescent slash, even though crescent slash has trash hitboxes. you could probably get heaven ascended smite off of a barrage too, but if you’re using twoh boxing, go for a barrage into jaw breaker then use smite after they get up from jaw breaker since it is surprisingly a true combo
