- Hey you suns!!! In this tutorial I (Nana) will show you how to make Konan/ Akatsuki Shoes from Naruto Shippuden.
This Tutorial can also be used to make the shoes of the Konoha Ninjas or others. But then they have different colours. Just look which colour you need on Google Pictures. But the way of doing ist the same.

Just a tip from an artist who’s been in a college 3D art class that focused on joints, adhesives, etc. that probably using a stapler after the hot glue would be a smart idea. Hot glue is flimsy and breaks off easily. Two part epoxy is also a good alternate to hot glue and you can find that stuff at your local hardware store for $10 or less. Epoxy dries and looks like a resin when really it’s become solid plastic. But if you wish not to do that, I suggest adding staples with the hot glue, or maybe even use gorilla glue in replacement of hot glue (can find this in most supermarkets along with hardware stores). But be warned if you do the epoxy, do it outside or in a well ventilated room. Gloves are also important if you have sensitive skin as some people get chemical burns if it touches their skin.

How strong is the hold of the glue? 🙂
Levi Hot glue is weak. I’d recommend using a mix of gorilla glue and possibly staples. Or, if you have a strong sewing needle, you may be able to use thread to attach the fabric to the sandal (give that it’s a typical rubber thong).

Jaaa ich cosplaye sie, jedoch muss ich mir noch eine neue Wig dafür kaufen, da meine ähhhh spiegelverkehrt gestyled ist und eine seeeehr schlechte Qualität hat. aber prinzipiell cosplaye ich Konan XD

all the sewing is not required trust me just get flip flops,scissors,and socks oh and make sure that the flip flops match the socks come on nobody wants none matching shoes it makes no scence
Actually, the flip flop HAD to be white and the sock HAD to be black for this specific character.
