Aana naan 1 yearku munnadi weight loss pannum poothu intha weight koraiya romba kasta pattaen. Proper ah diet theriyala. Naeraiya per naeraiya idea kuduthanga. Kadasila naan confuse aagi diet ah break pannitaen. 2 hours walking ellam poonaen aana diet pathi oru idea illatha nala Sekkaram tired aagiduvaen. Olunga sapida ma entha vaeliyum seiya mudiyama romba kastapattaen. But ippo healthy ya sappaduraen active va irrukkaen ella vaelaiyum seiyaraen. I am happy now. You always motivate me. Hai mam today wake up at 5 am and drinking jeera water and half hour walking mrng 8 am nillakadalai oru Kai 11 am one hour exercise 12pm drinking butter milk and 1 pm rice and veggies eve 4pm green tea and eve 5.30 half hour walking 6 pm any fruits. thanks for your motivation mam....
