Honestly, I don't think you can downplay what Feige has meant for the MCU. He's basically a movie guy with experience going back a decade producing movies who also happens to have a very deep, wide knowledge of comic books. That is probably the best way to adapt comics to the big screen. A movie guy who's a fan as opposed to the other way around. For the most part, Disney has pretty much let him operate how he wants. I think the one exception is when they fired Gunn which he was reportedly very angry about. Hell, it's even more impressive when you consider that the MCU movies were being handicapped by Ike Perlmutter and the Marvel committee who kept making creative changes up to 2015. Since Disney granted Feige independence from them in 2015, the MCU has been even more succesful critically and commercially. In the end, I think the bulk of the credit goes to him

Kevin was less in charge when the other bob was in charge but now he is making changes,marvel is not dc but it will take time for the change to show up plus streaming,covid and pushing back these movie s etc.. did some damage,plus china has less interest in western made movies, the war in russia etc...plus the strike so they could not promote the marvels until the last minute,these facts are known.

BOB iger did run not disney down to the ground. First disney had made the most money under bob before 2020,before covid. Disney was still making alot of money even after.The other bob is when disney started having trouble and covid. When bob iger came back disney started to get back more on track and even the stock has been going back up recently. For phase 4 under bob and other bob the mcu did make the most money after phase 3 and made more then phase 1 and 2.
