I liked your thoughts and details. One thing I rarely ever see articulated during these types of videos, which is unique to legion, is order control. The cis do it best, but are punished with their ai system if they don’t do it. The republic do it second best and it helps get their fire supports off. The shadow collective do it the worst, with their independent keyword. But that gives them extra tokens to start each round. It’s another big part of faction identity for the factions besides the other obvious ones like cost, offense, defense, etc.

The keyword system in legion also balances the game extremely well because everyone uses the same stats. You dont have one army at a time getting a codex release and then other armies fall behind with no rules. Everyone in legion uses the same rules and weapons to a degree
Speaking of being superior have you found a superior body care and acne solution? Like Cetaphil I've heard that's really good very balanced on the body. It really balances the playing fields. Oh and how could I forgot about the barbers yeah in the new update they give you a haircut so you don't look like Kurt Cobain very balanced
i think you basically summed it up the best way possible. honestly im going for droids and clones, so i can battle some mates, i love the painting of clones but also love the building aspect of droids, droids are way more work lol but i find it quite enjoyable
As a separatist player I would say the best thing to keep in mind is your b1 order chain and who and when you give orders to and having super tactical droid and t series being amazing leaders as they can give troops free order tokens which can then be passed on.
Yeah! Pikes, black sun enforcers and mandalorian super commandos make up most of the faction which is definitely the closest to space pirates. You also get access to alot of different mercenaries too! The only thing is you don't get the dice, tokens and other bits and pieces to play the game like you would if you bought a core box! Honestly I haven't actually bought a shadow collective box so there are probably other people that would have more information on them :) Thanks for your comment!
Empire is probably the worst faction rn. They has the worst win rate at worlds 2024 Also republic is not very easy to play they have a high skill ceiling with fire support and token sharing

@@stevenschnepp576 personally for casual I think its more who uses the army over what the army is - I played empire for the first time a few months ago against a seasoned GAR played and won. plus the main thing is we both had a great time lol

I think its because nobody likes the sequel movies and they dont want to f+ck around with the Star Wars fans, Disney might have lost (seeing that Rouge One and Andor are way better movies/shows than the sequels, says it all I guess)
It's because merch based on the sequels did not sell well once people realised what a trash fire those movies were. They don't want to develop factions if there's a not small risk that no one will buy them (yes, I know that in reality some people still would, but that's not what the numbers of toys predict). Add to that a complete lack of sequel era content since the films and that weird racing cartoon thing wrapped up and there's not much to work with in terms of future units.
Get a hundred Star Wars fans together, and you might find a couple who would prefer the Sequel shit over anything else. That's the important part, you see, the *anything else.* Most players aren't going to buy three armies, they'll buy maybe one and a few odd models they like. Wasting resources on something that's on nobody's to-buy list is just asking to lose money. Well, that, and there's nothing First Order and Resistance do that can't be done with Empire and Rebels. If they do release ST models, I wouldn't be surprised at all if they're under the OT faction banners.
That's a trick question: You don't pick any of them because Star Wars is being destroyed by Disney and you don't fork over money to the Great Horned Rat.

I love 40k... but this game provides a similar experience in a more streamlined and balanced experience
40k is designed to fail. It's what gets the whales and the junkies coming back for more.

@kal_paints Stormtroopers, simply because of the ease of painting and their cool machines! Once I get more into it I'll probably try the rebels.

Empire is weak these days, republic or separatist with experimental droids is the move. Or shadow collective. Any faction is still viable tho
