Robert one of the things I love about this channel is talk about real issues and not afraid to do that. I am not a big fan of the channels that would rather censor themselves because of their fear of being demonitized or losing subscribers.

I used to pull dry van and refer depending on what we needed to haul but I delivered in Franklin Park Illinois a suburb of Chicago and it had just poured rain all night and I slept the night before at the Wisconsin/Illinois state line where it didn’t rain quite as hard and when I got too Franklin Park it was flooded and I was driving in water up over the bumper and I got my microwave popcorn bags too where they were going and they had me back into one of their inside docks so I walked through the water and opened the doors and backed in downhill too the dock and the water was up to the top of the trailer tires and they said they couldn’t unload me because they had a roof storm drain that was leaking water onto the dock and I told them that if the water got any deeper it would be in my trailer and they waited until the last minute to unload me and by the time I got back to my truck the water was over my knees on the high end of the inside dock by my drivers door and I got out of there and headed back to Wisconsin home for the weekend and when I got back to the yard another driver had come up through downtown Chicago and he was the last vehicle they allowed through because under one overpass the water was too the radiator cap on the cabover peterbuilt he was driving and we mentioned too the shop what we had been through and they ended up draining the drive axles because they have vents in the top of the housings and if the water gets above them the rear ends fill with water and they don’t get lubricated properly and will burn the bearings up

From time to time, I offer a suggestion asking if they think it will work. It took me longer on Covid than you, but I am over it now. No more shots, period. You pamper your dogs. Hi Guys. One thing is for sure Robert is how would you ever survive with out Lita as she is such a great help to you and always doig the messy parts of the loading. Rain or shine she is there by your side i do hope that some times you do some this realy special for her to show just how much you appreciate her. That was some rain strom you went through and when it went ll dark i thught as well you were in the middle of some thing bad luck has it they were severe heave rain clouds. How is the Hearse coming along as i have followed this and cant wait to see how it turns out. You Guys did a great job on that roof that shoud out last the vehicle know. I use to work at mercer! He's right they are hiring so many contractors. I left mercer two months ago. Freight is garbage over there. Lots of deadheading so the rates drop to 1.50 & less per mile.
Don't worry about the haters! I may poke fun of Y'all on a few viewpoints, but it's all sarcasm and I make sure you know it's sarcasm. With the dog comments...Noola and Mackie are living their best life. They are WITH you two nearly 100% of the time. Those are the pups' needs. Other dogs are either locked in their house, kennels, or tied to a tree at a minimum while the owners go to work. You and Lita keep it real, and that is why I enjoy the channel.
My 2 dogs road with me for years! They both lived way past their life expentancy, one was 19 and the other one 17. Everytime i hit the air brakes to stop and get fuel the would jump out of the back and were so excited to see new places and new things. Those 2 dogs saw more than most people will evee see over 3 million miles, they saw every state except Alaska and Hawaii. People nowadays need to just mind their own business. Most of these people are sitting at home unhappy with the decisions theyve made in life. Robert and Lita are good people.
Yes, their plan was to shut down as many 'mom and pops' as they could and let places like walmart run rampant. It backfired on the dirty sobs, because, at least in my area of the country, the mom and pops are back stronger than ever.

It's good that you don't always do the "don't offend UA-cam" dance, but actually I'm not here to hear your thoughts on the pandemic (even though I'm not offended by them) or politics. Do what you want, vote for who you want, we each get one vote. Just don't forget that, when you're outvoted. I'm 66, so I've been around long enough to vote for my share of losers. Somehow the sky didn't fall.
The shutdowns that I remember, were ALL decided by the states, not the feds, both before and after the change in administration. I remember a lot of people in Utah totally ignoring the state's orders, including a certain UA-camr who towed morons who get their cars stuck in sand off-road, then billed AAA as if it was a tow on a road. I find it hard to believe that Utah wants to "weld people into their houses", but if it was true, complain about the governor, not about DC.
As a self-employed lone-wolf business owner, I got screwed as bad as anyone by the shutdowns. Not an employee, so no going on the dole on unemployment for a year or more. Not a scammer, so I took no fake PPP loans like members of Congress and other scammers took and got forgiven. It came out of the pockets of every honest person, like every single person in my family. We were taught not to cheat, and to work hard enough that even if we miss out of a windfall that cheaters get, we'll be fine.
The disease almost killed me by raising my pulse by 50% for 9 months after I had it. But it didn't kill me, because I had gotten into just good enough shape in the previous couple of years. So I'm back to just living life knowing that the two certain things are taxes and death. I'm OK with that.
Millions of people gamed the system and got more money than they deserved, screwing the rest of us. I'm OK with that, too. It's water under the bridge now. I'm back to normal life, more or less.

Also, sorry to read about how it was for you and your family during the shutdown with no income coming in. These people that talk a lot about Covid but really don't know how bad it was for people, don't know sh*t about it, they're just lucky they didn't catch the virus! It didn't discriminate, healthy or not, if you were one of the unlucky ones, you just hoped that you survived it! I had Covid terribly bad and ended up in the hospital for 76 days, I am still recovering from it 4 years later and have a ways to go to get completely over it, and it cost me over a million and a half dollars for that stay at the hospital. I was a lucky one that made it through though, when there were so many that ended up dying unfortunately, I feel for those people and their family and friends of their passing! Fortunately, I had the money to pay for the stay in the hospital when there are many that will be in debt to hospitals for the rest of their lives or may have lost their homes to pay the hospital bill unfortunately! Glad to see that you also recovered from it and that you got back into shape before you got it. So yeah, it pisses me off that people like this guy, that don't know what they are talking about and got lucky that they didn't get it and think they know more about it than the Dr's and the vaccine that the scientists didn't have years to make right for everyone, and some had an unfortunate reaction to the vaccine. smh
