Yes same my classmate want some anime that I wanna share but BiliBili subtitles is json it's PAIN IF YOU'RE USING FULL ON PHONE but the video (M4S and M4S/B for audio is easy just convert it)

It worked ! Didn't UA-cam at one time allow the SRT to be downloaded from the pop-up transcript window? Now, it seems all you can get is the text or the text with timing. The text with timing was not acceptable to Subtitle Edit. The text could be imported but the timings were messed up.

Yes, there's a way to do that using a free app available on Windows and Mac that's called Buzz.
