Thanks for putting in the work for us ! Micro Brushless motors of any brand are rather cheap anyway (a venom is 20€, injora 15€ with mount !), it’s the ESC that matters…and to find a good one under 40€ for 3s and brushless is much harder. So yeah, that cheapo motor sure will work with a python backing it ! Waiting for the Ali esc test 😃
@@Karibouski yep! Thats what’s hard to find for these trucks. Plus it runs smooth with the Injora esc. And it’s not just ok in these trucks. It’s amazing! Straight bolt up with pinion included is gold. We can’t even get that when these companies make them specifically for these trucks lol
@@crazegaming1659 I appreciate that. I don’t think I’ve ever even tuned anything on that Injora esc. Definitely not for this trial run. Tossed it in and went lol
I ordered that cheap esc, and this motor with a transmission. All for about $40. It also comes in a 5000kv version which I thought might be too fast. Esc to arrive Nov. 7, and the motor/trans Nov. 12

i saw that motor for $15 with a pinion, but i wasnt sure which mod. looks great with that Furitek esc, id like to see it with Injora, or even a cheapie $10 am32 esc to finish out the possibilities of ultra low budget stuff. btw im running the 1806 200okv w scx trans -$32 ali motor with the mbl32 and its ultra slow, as good as furitek down low but loses top end with its kv and gearing
Weird question but does an esc effect slow speed crawling or is that more of a motor thing? I snagged a deal on one of the FMS Bronx units and noticed its a little twitchy down low like my AX24 where you have to give it a lot more throttle input to get over an obstacle than something like the TRX4M. I know gearing plays a big role but they’re already slow enough at top speed so I was gonna address the power or esc first and go from there.
@@yota_blaster5030 the esc can make a huge difference also. It really all works together. Gearing, motor kv and esc but having a good esc definitely makes a difference.
