Definitely would buy it if it wasn't already out of stock. If it doesn't get restocked will still get the regular edition, but would definitely prefer this one.
I honestly don't think they will, at least not of the trust the fungus edition as it contains a film cell of the film negative, so I believe they made as many as it took to have one film cell each set til they ran out of film cells which makes sense but they could re-release the Anniversary Collector's Edition which doesn't have a film cell or script book or sticker sheet or the Replica A6 1993 34 page Souvenir magazine, it would contain everything else its also currently out of stock.
@@FreeJohnDoe2006 It’s not just because of the film cell, it also takes a bit of manufacturing of the card stock and paper for producing all the booklet and hard box. Plus the Trust The Fungus edition was limited to 2000 units, about 300 for the other limited edition. That’s about 2300 in total. It would’ve been nice if they had expanded that number but it’s an expensive endeavor.
@@filmmaker610 I still stand firm on the reason trust the fungus was so limited purely because of the film cell counts which makes perfect sense, and I never said it was because of the film cell alone, however I do agree that the stock card and paper could be expensive however as they sold out of the anniversary edition that does not contain a film cell they could re-produce it as they would have all the materials to do so as for the trust the fungus they would have no film cell left.

some kind of a licensing issue/mastering issue with the camera negative is why they couldn't do it, there is an article floating online somewhere if you google
I'm so happy for this, the resellers asking between 500 and 1000 for this on eBay. I hate these people who literally just buy products to resell when real fans don't have a chance and are forced into paying idiotic people 4 times the price
@@codemonkeyattack yeah it’s weird because they delayed it in January so you’d think they’d have their stuff together for the new release date. Btw I still haven’t heard anything yet while typing this.
Botched releases from this company in my opinion. Their other editions are region 4 only and sold on American websites without indication that the discs won't play on American Blu-ray players. Why should Aussies only have access to these releases? Also if this one is region free, which I think it might be, then it's pretty pointless if it's so limited.
An utter goldmine of content. So good to see this film get some unashamedly deserved anniversary content.

Can't wait for mine to come 🤤

Umbrella, could you please make 3000 more of these? 😢

@@FreeJohnDoe2006 Yes I got the notification. Pretty good on Umbrella for doing it. I can live without the film cell. Are you going to get it?
I can't believe i scored this, should be here by Wednesday im excited
Crazy you went through all this trouble with the goodies but didn’t include HDR on the disc.

The Others 4K doesn't have HDR either and still looks great in 4K
had it in my cart, saw the cost of shipping to USA and passed.....Major regret now, LOL.

All that paper junk to look at one time 😂 that’s a clever robbery
😂😂😂
Actually the two books that it comes with are pretty great to read.
When is this supposed to start shipping to the people who bought it?
I haven't got an update on mine nether, are you in the states as well?
@@danieldimos123 Same here, maybe they're shipping local then international? I've seen at least one person with it on Twitter, but he's Australian.

I know someone in Chicago who got hers today. Meanwhile, mine hasn't even shipped yet.
