You can only been in awe of hearing the thunder before you see the lightening. Class 37 are one of the best and fortunately still in use for track maintenance, like those yellow carriages video line defects for repairs. I see they are now using available HSTs to do that job now too

I think in some places they still use them for heavy-night-haulage?
The HSTs only do mainlines, the 37s do commuter lines and the 950 does branch lines

James Hodgson it is a colas inspection train it is used with class 37s usually but sometimes they use 67s and 43s
It inspects the track and OHLE to make sure it is safe to run trains at line speed
