Looking for a Project Sea Ray Sundancer? Then check out this 1997 Sea Ray 330 Sundancer. Powered with twin 7.4Lt Motors at 310 HP. OOPS, the starboard motor has ingested water thru the exhaust and needs to be rebuilt/replaced. The port engine needs new push rods (does turn over) as we caught the water ingestion in time. We start with a starboard view and then into the cockpit that is fully enclosed with a Camper Back . This seating arrangement ( U shape cockpit for entertainment, a port companion seat and a double helm seat) was so popular that in 2002 Sea Ray brought it back in the 340 Sundancers. At the helm we point out the features and electronics that make this vessel easy to operate and drive.
From the cockpit we then move into the cabin and living area. Note the rich teak & holly flooring to update her appearance along with complimentary wood accents throughout.Checking out the interior we see the galley with a new refrigerator, and all the appliances. Moving forward to the master oversized slant bed we see where we'll be spending the nights aboard this vessel. She has a raised booth style dinette with storage both above at the gunwales and below the seats. Our mid cabin conversation pit easily converts into another double sleeper with lots of storage for what's needed. Other features include a fully air conditioned cabin, a generator for power offshore and a central vac.

New motor needed?

The Starboard motor's pistons are very rusted and the port motor needs new push rods, bent from trying to compress water. This one was "pickled" and was saved, for the most part. This is due to water intrusion thru the exhaust, not from taking on water or sinking.

I hope it's at least a 25k off. A 7.5 litre marine engine todays prices would be 10k each then you have to remove two engines and install two engines 5k easy if you did all the work yourself it would still cost 20k.
