- Today was a bit challenging for me as I received some tough news from my dearest friend, Virginia. Despite the difficult circumstances, she had only one request: for me to make homemade Italian wedding soup. Being the best friend that I am, I couldn’t refuse her wish. So, I prepared the soup with all my love and care, and of course, added some sweet treats to accompany her dinner. I captured the moment in a video to share with you all.

My thoughts and prayers for your best friend. So nice of you to do this but that's what real friends do. I've never heard of this soup, but it sounds delicious! We had a horrible storm here last night. So much hail and wind. So scary.
Just a little idea when traveling with containers of food, I buy those big, wide rubber bands and slip one over each end of the container. Works so well and everything stays put with no worries of spillage! I also save the rubber bands on some of the produce I buy. They are great!

I've had the same best friend for 45 years, she fought and beat cancer and lost her breast but she's doing well right now but after her surgery I went out and drained her drain tubes and another time she called crying and feeling alone, I drove out and climbed in bed with her and we cried and talked until she felt stronger. We don't talk all the time but we both know that we'll be there for each other always, so i understand your pain.
That is so sweet and I thank you so much for sharing your story with me. I hope you’re feeling better. She has so many people praying for her. I just know she’ll get better, but of course we talk every single day and I do believe her spirits are lifted and she’s a tough cookie believe me. Thank you so much for coming over for a visit. I truly appreciate that.
