      @julieaskingforafriend 4 місяці тому +1

      @@ishakhan8155because of the bitterness of the cocoa powder, you can NOT skip a sweetener. You could substitute another powdered sweetener (I'm assuming, since you're asking, that you are aware of what's on the market and have your favorite, be it stevia or xylitol or...) but read the directions on the bag! Substituting a liquid sweetener would completely change a consistency and would ruin the finished product. I mean, you could probably eat it, but it wouldn't be brownies.

By the way, brown butter is the hero of the recipe guys! It does the magic! The brownies after I added my own touch to it, turned out soo delicious, chocolaty and decadent! The texture was on point too!
    ●CHANGES MADE IN THE RECIPE:
    ○180gms Butter
    ○Only 1 cup Brown Sugar (Organic Tatva)
    ○Mix of 70% and 55% dark chocolate chunks
    And by the way, I've used whole wheat flour instead of Maida and added a tsp of instant coffee powder!

    ▪︎Preheat oven @180°C for 4 min

But occasionally you can enjoy things like brownies, cookies, or sugary drinks. They don’t provide you with health benefits (or should I say, very few to none), just don’t have too much at once. A brownie every once in a while will be fine as long as you also eat vegetables, proteins, fats, and carbs. You need some of everything. I can attest to this being the best fudgy style brownies. You can tweak a few ingredients and add a little bit of baking powder to make more cake like brownies. The browned butter is the key. You can brown your butter for chocolate chip cookies too, but for cookies you have to whip the butter over an ice bath or in and out of the freezer. Just continue to whip as it cools, to keep it from separating. Once it reaches a softened butter consistency, you can whip you sugar into it and proceed with the chocolate chip cookie dough recipe. I would also refrigerate the dough for 24 hours before baking it and sprinkle with flaky salt when out of the oven.

    • @ThisIsYourOnlyWarning
      @ThisIsYourOnlyWarning Рік тому +3

      @@kindafamoustv5440 so how you fix that is to add back two tablespoons of water per stick used, to the butter because the water evaporates when you brown it. Then you must re-solidify the butter and then whip it up when it reaches room temperature/softened butter stage. You can do this by using an ice bath and whipping it or popping it in the freezer for a few minutes at a time, pull it out and whip every few minutes. The added water and not being fully melted should correct this issue for you. Also be sure to refrigerate your dough in an airtight container or freezer style ziplock bag because the moisture will come out if refrigerated in bowl with just plastic wrap or foil.

    You likely already have the ingredients you'll need for these easy brownies on hand:
    · Sugar: These easy brownies start with two cups of white sugar.
    · Flour: All-purpose flour creates structure in the batter.
    · Butter: Two sticks of melted butter give the brownies moisture and richness.
    · Eggs: Eggs lend even more moisture. Plus, they help bind the batter together.
    · Cocoa powder: Of course, you'll need cocoa powder for chocolate brownies!
    · Vanilla: Vanilla extract enhances the overall flavor of the brownies.
    · Baking powder: Baking powder acts as a leavener, which means it helps the brownies rise.
    · Salt: A pinch of salt enhances the flavors of the other ingredients.
    · Walnuts: Nuts are optional, of course, but they add a welcome crunch. It could be simpler to throw these quick and easy brownies together on a whim. You'll find the full, step-by-step recipe below - but here's a brief overview of what you can expect:
    Mix the ingredients together in a bowl, then spread the batter into a prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven until the top is dry. Cool, then cut into squares.
    How to Store Easy Brownies
    Store the brownies in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days at room temperature or for up to one week in the refrigerator. You can freeze brownies for up to three months
