Welcome to another lore battle over Disney Lorcana! We've got some more tournament winning decks to bring to the table again today, and these are some beauties! Let us know which of these decks is your favorite down below, and which decks you want to see featured in some gameplay matches as well!
There is something that should be clarified about the level 5 tragic beast. Based on the wording, it won't get both the card draw and the 7 attack on the same turn. The effects specifically happen "At the start of your turn", where he either draws another card or gains 4 more attack. So you shouldn't be able to draw a card, self damage it and boost the attack, all in one turn.
Glad I checked the comments don’t wanna echo what has been said I made this illegal move in a tournament unknowingly only to find out after the fact. We’re all learning out here!
That comeback in game two was nuts. I think you guys are right about steel. It is the ultimate anti-aggro color. And the fact that it's also semi-aggro it's self makes it a really difficult thing to play around. Another fun video. I look forward to seeing more.
I was looking into making an amethyst amber deck since I live with a heavy budget I will like a variation on this one! Love the actual play though! I have one TINY little note though, the card flicking picks up heavy on the mic, and it’s a little distracting. I totally understand that this is an episode from 5 months ago, but I had to say it.
I was on the fence about subscribing and then I saw the Devil's Jersey and I couldn't hit the button fast enough. Let's Go Devils and Let's go Lorcana! Love seeing actual gameplay videos!!
After playing a few games with the starter decks I got, I have a good feeling that amethyst/steel is probably my favorite combination. Let's be real, if a deck list has amethyst, chances are I'll be checking it out
Dude on the left talking about how sequencing and play pattern is important, yet he inks a Simba then draws two cards with Friends on the other side. Wouldn’t it make more sense to draw the cards first then have more info on what to ink?
What a fun playthrough!!! So engaging to watch! So I just opened my starter decks I got back in August! I saw cards in your Amethyst and Amber decks (and some in the steel) that I've never seen before! I'm assuming all starter decks are the same throughout...how do you get more unique cards in your deck? Would you suggest to buy more booster packs in hopes that you'd get some unique ones? Would love to hear from you guys on this!
Appreciate it! The best way to go about building custom decks in our opinion is to by singles. You can check out www.tcgplayer.com as a great place to buy Lorcana singles. You can also buy booster packs, but that is typically not the most cost efficient way for you to build the decks you want to build.
I don't know how I feel about the purple/steel bounce decks, played against a amber/steel song/princess deck last night and got steamrolled due to them having rapunzel and 7drop Cinderella
just found your channel, great video! Is there a reputable site to download and print proxys? i cant afford the expensive cards at the moment but still want to play.
mechanic question: does discarding count as banishing? ie: would the effect of cards like "gramma tala" and "james" trigger on discard to go into the inkwell. This girl at locals is running a very aggressive discard green deck and i was wondering if cards like those would be a decent option to deal with that.
Discarding is not banishing. Banishing is cards from play, discard is to discard from hand. They are 2 separate effects and discard does not count as banishing. Those cards don’t trigger when they are discarded.
I have a question I don’t understand the strategy of inking your card at the end of your turn instead at the start of your next? Please explain the benefits?
There aren't necessarily any benefits, just like there aren't necessarily benefits to inking to start your turn. If you're drawing a lot of cards during your turn, you're able to look at more cards in your hand to make a "more informed" decision on what to ink.
Gameplay is doesn't seem meaningful. You exert your character to quest. Gain the lore, pass, then next person gets ink, plays then challenges a questing character, do the numbers game and banish characters. Then same thing throughout the whole game.

Great video, this is the kinda gameplay quality i was looking for.

thats what i like to hear!!~ WOOO
Awesome! Appreciate the support!
Finally some actual gameplay not from an illegal app that we don't know how any hand smoothing or randomization actually works on.
😬😬😬
That was amazing!! Comeback of the century!! Loved both of these decks and am excited to see more!

Ok. Where can I get the Stitch/Toothless mat?
Been super loving these high quality gameplay videos!
Thanks Brandon! Keep up the awesome work you're doing with your channel as well!

beast checks at the beginning of the turn for the card OR the damage boost. not both if it gets damaged during your turn. tss tss tss
Go decks and dice! Love that my local store made a video

Every deck is going to have it strengths and weaknesses for sure.
Where on earth did you get that toothless/stitch playmat?? My wife just got into lorcana and would love that
first watcher, and i gotta say, love yall vibe nice content. also learning thanks!
Awesome! Appreciate it!!
I still don’t know how aggro won that tourney they must have not ran into any steel 😂
Also where do you get those dope numerical dice?! All heart eyes here!
I think those are just from Amazon. I can't remember the brand of those particular dice though.

Appreciate it! We use www.jorcana.ink/proxies/ when we need to print some cards we don't yet have.
Good thing you can’t have 30 random 1 cost w/ ink and 30 Arthur lol

wish i knew how to play this game :/

Where did you get the mats, I love them!!!
The Stich Surfer one was sent to us by a subscriber, and the Stitch/Toothless one I found on Amazon a few years ago!
Where did you get the stitch and toothless playmat
Somewhere on Amazon. Have had the playmat for a while now!
I labbed that aggro deck to death, did well on pixelborn. I brought it to league and got demolished by everyone running Steel.
Yeah definitely struggles quite a bit when going against steel. Still a fun list to run though!
I feel like these aren't the rules that were provided.
im pretty sure characters cant sing the turn they are played
If you shift onto a card that was played the turn previously, yes that card can sing
