I'm sobbing I love your channel so much I just started learning bass (about a month ago) and you play all my fav songs!!! You're so talented!!! I cannot wait to be this good!!!
@@klaudia6057 uhh I definitely have not kept up consistently 😂😂 but I have definitely improved!! What typically happens is I find a song I really like and then practice it until I've nailed it and then I won't play for like, 2 weeks. But, I can definitely say that it becomes easier!!
First off may I say I really like the costomized pickup configuration you've done on this bass ( the brighter green 🍏 definitely gives it a unique look as well ) . All to say that musicman style humbucker is perfect for this Bassline .
Do you think this would be a good song to start learning how to olay the bass? I've been wanting to pick up the bass for a long time but hearing Monsters was like the icing on the cake!
Great video, but i have a serious inquiry and request: PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD KEEP POSTING THESE ON YOUR SITE! I noticed that you havent posted your recents on the site, and it has me on edge bro.
Thanks! Yeah I don't have PDF support for my site at the moment. Currently I'm rebuilding my site again so when I rerelease that I'll add the PDF support. Currently this is the only tab that isn't on the site as of now haha
if you do a lot of teaching you can often email guitar pro and ask for a free copy. i think it's worth the price. bass sounds grea! love the tone. and ximertracks has spammed every single music related video i've watched today. also, there is a DAW called Reaper, you can edit video in it as well. Not that you want to be learning another DAW, i'm sure. I use Camtasia for video editing.
Glad you like the bass tone! Ah I didn't know they give out free copies so that might be worth nothing, although if people enjoy my Guitar Pro tab I'm more than happy to pay for it haha. And yes Ximertracks has been quite spammy lately
Hey Chris, could you make a video on how to record your 🅱️ass? Or explain it here? I'm new to this shite and Idk how. I've heard to mic ur amp, or record though a d.i? Which I'm kind of confused on what a d.i is. (The only way I know how to rn is to just plug in directly to my audio interface) I wanna be able to use pedals and stuff and I don't really know which way would allow me to do that?
Here is my vlog on how I record my bass covers. Please note my Sansamp settings have changed since I made this video: ua-cam.com/video/s_P35FvnXFE/v-deo.html If you have any additional questions feel free to comment on that video and I'll reply!
Really nice cover and thanks for the sheet music! One suggestion: since the song is in C minor, you may want to use flats rather than sharps to match the key signature. But otherwise, it's great!
The number in parenthesis correct? Example would be (10) This is a tied note, which means the value of the note goes into the next measure. So a measure has 4 beats, but if I hold a note for 8 beats I have to tie those notes together hence the parenthesis. Hope this helps!
I played this in Drop D Tuning but Zack uses a 5 string. That's the only way to hit the low C note but I just used an octave pedal to hit that low note.
The most perfect cover of bass
The song I wanted covered. Surprised all time low would do chords on a bass

How's it going almost a year later? I started last week and it suddenly seemed so daunting once I had it in my hands 😅

hii :) can you do sleeping in off their new album ?
I don't think you need to use ghost notes at the end of your tied notes cuz those aren't supposed to be played anyways.

Did your bass become greener than it used to be? I thought it was a seafoam pearl color before
Greg Berg he got it customized, changing the j pickup to a humbucker and changed the color to a more emerald green a few days or a week ago
I love u
👍
Can someone please explain what it means when the number is in brackets? 😂

What tuning is the bass in???

do you by chance have the tabs for the 5 string?
