The UK hasn't got Rabies. It was eradicated back in the early 20th century.
Except bats can have it. If an animal eats a bat or bitten or scratched by one then it could be passed on

@Nick Jeffery it definitely says bats can have rabies in the uk. Not sire which one is lying but one of them are. Apparently bats can have it but then surely they can pass it to animals that eat them?
@@sudsey6713 I don't know where you're finding that... yes, bats in general can carry rabies, but I believe what Public Health England says... that specifically in the UK, there is no rabies in wild or domestic animal populations

Binley Mega Chippy is about 5 minutes away from where I live and became popular basically because someone found it, thought it sounded hilarious and made a TikTok song as a joke that went viral. It's my grandmother's local chippy (chip shop) and she said all the local elderly people found it hilarious that all of a sudden there was a massive line outside of the door when normally there's only a couple of people. So something that started as an internet joke aimed at teenagers basically went full circle and became a joke for the elderly as well
And its not even a good chippy 🤢 marina is 🏆
The fox thing wouldn't be rabies, the UK doesn't have it; it's been eradicated completely save for some species of bats. There's not been a recorded case of Human transmission (save for bats) in 121 years.
JT, we are rabies-free in UK. Our foxes get mange sometimes, but no rabies.

The two laughing TV presenters are Holly and Phil - they're on a morning TV show called This Morning, and are very well known for their laughing fits. They are also good friends outside of work.

Phil I am less keen on. He can be overtly hostile (instead of unbiased) when a guest is on. Mostly when they have a belief which he doesn't share. Hostile and doesn't want to listen.

We don’t have to worry about rabies in the U.K. Rabies does not circulate in either wild or domestic animals in the UK, although some species of bats can carry a rabies-like virus. Human rabies is extremely rare in the UK. No human cases of rabies acquired in the UK from animals other than bats have been reported since 1902. Which is why visitors from other countries have to put their animals in quarantine for up to 4 months. So seeing wild animals in the daytime isn’t unusual.
The Older man reacting to the (?)French Bulldogs in the hospital/care home place gets me everytime. The bit when the woman says "they're my babies!" and he says about horrible ugly babies haha, I probably shouldn't laugh but I do!!

4:03 - that is the Nissan cube. it has that asymmetrical window wrapping around the left side and I can't fathom why anyone would want this vehicle.
Literally the worst part is they're most likely to be seen in grey or red. The red ones look like Postman Pat's van.

Our foxes are lovely. They are seen during the day sometimes. I used to hand feed them at my old house. They would bring their cubs into the garden to play.

Rabies is not really a thing in the UK thankfully, but that poor fox did look like it had Distemper.
That poor fox probably had rabies, yeah. Good thing the guy kept away from it.
Edit: Apparently rabies doesn't exist in the UK and we have extremely strict systems in place to make sure it stays that way. So maybe the fox had something else wrong with it.
Not sure about racoons, but beavers are nocturnal, if they're out during the day they potentially have rabies plus big teeth and strong jaws.
In the UK foxes have become common urban animals (they've taken over from stray cats) and they don't care about time of day. If you're walking a dog they'll follow you along hoping for some food to drop at any time of day because a lot of dog walkers feed them.

Rabies has actually been eradicated in all animals in the UK except some populations of wild bats, so it's unlikely the fox had rabies
