I love your goal focus so much. Now it's time to heck suuuper specific. How many days at the gym? How many calories a day, when will you take walk breaks? How many Oz of water before 12 noon. Our minds love a challenge and a deadline. Listen to your body and have fun reaching your goals. I'm rooting for you sis

I just want to be consistent. I start something, go hard at it see some progress and then I stop. Perhaps it’s discipline that I need. I’m working on being better.
