hello! i believe applying online is better. There should be an application online and they’ll send it to the store you are applying to. Usually when someone comes in to apply, they’ll just tell you to apply online anyway.

i believe its 18 but im not so sure so you can call your local kate spade and ask or google it but id say call though only because whatever age it has on google could possibly be wrong or out of date!

Hello! It depends on the position you are apply for and what the state minimum wage is. However, if you have any retail experience, you can negotiate a higher hourly pay!
