I have a problem with my Self-confidence...
Previously during class 10 which I studied in Hyderabad, I was a very confident person and as such there was no problem with my communication. ... But then when I had to move to Tamil Nadu where I studied my 11th .... during the initial days I was good ... I found my classmates a little slow in processing logical and conceptual content than me. and I would also help them if needed... But then slowly I started deteriorating in every single thing. my marks were low and my English was getting worse and my confidence of talking was also drastically reduced.
.... When I properly analyzed the reasons I found out that the reason for it was people in my surroundings .... they found me TOO GOOD. when they weren't able to compete they acted friendlily and then they made me feel comfortable around them. Then they started to tease me or criticize me for my way of speaking and ideas ... logics ...etc.. these things were ok to an extent but then continuous criticism created self-doubt in me .. I started to feel that the things they were saying may be true.
And when I look back now, I feel that it was a collective effort of all the people at my school.
Maybe it was unintentional to them, but then their unintentional activities had a long-term on me ... even today I feel that I can never become the same person I was like before.
I am not sure if this is happened to any of you before, but sir if you feel you can help me with this then please make a video on "Self Confidence Regaining " and please tell me the methods by which this is possible.

1. Record your video for 3 mins.
2. Listen the recording and observe 3 things.
a) Filler words & Clutch words - Remove all the filler words
b) Your hands movements - Use your hands while communicating
c) Use pauses
3. Apply all these things and repeat.
