@@carnage5350 it’s not about what generation you grew up in, it’s about playing winning basketball. At 30, I equally love and hate what the 3 point shot has done for the game…it’s a weapon but you still have to use it properly. Jokic was in the right for being frustrated in that moment. You play within the flow of the game….jacking up low percentage shots when you’ve already had a difficult time scoring never gets the job done and there’s been plenty of teams even in this era that have proved that true. The Warriors all those years have been an anomaly only because they have the best shooter(s) on the planet. But for most teams, it’s still hit or miss especially in the playoffs. So yes, they should’ve been going to the basket in those transition opportunities.

No good shooting ability, no good free throws, no good passing ability, lots of turnovers, etc. On the other hand, Jokic: exceptional midrange, three point and free throw shooter, lots of moves in the post, best passer big man ever, underrated defender, etc.
You can say, that Giannis is humble, maybe from some perspective it's true to his persona, but in my opinion really humble players start working on their games. If Giannis starts to practice his shooting, post moves, ball handling, vision, passing ability, intead of bulking up more muscles, he can be a really good basketball player. Until this, he is just an NFL player, playing basketball, in my eyes.
