- Caglar Ozata was arrested because of an issue with the title for his car, and put in a holding cell ahead of questioning. It was all something he feared would happen because he never received a title document that proved he really owned the car. CBS 2's Lauren Victory reports.

😂😂😂 these cops look so ridiculous. They wouldn't even survive 30min away in Chicago. So sad he had to go threw all that because of a unthoroughly trained girl.
You should never carry your title in the car.
Cpd wouldnt do this. They deal w actual crimes and real criminals. Suburban cops are bored & out there like little annoying dogs looking for confrontations
Seen CPD ripping Title paperwork up and impounded the vechicle later got sued paid out 6 figures
When there’s no crime, they make one up lol
@@emerysutton5430 i know thats what happens in Harvey. They have that auto auction run by cops. That place is as corrupt as Dolton
You should sue Toyota Dealer for this mistake. And could sue the police department for false imprisonment / civil rights violations.
Police are completely out of control these days lmaoooo they had the only person who was in the car in handcuffs and cleared the car with a shield and 4 officers like it was a active shooter hiding in there 🤣
Those cops are the biggest joke I've ever seen. A chicago cop would walk all over them
The question is who the hell. report the car stoled?
That many armed cops for one stolen vehicle?
What did they think was in the car that they needed to have that many guns out for? Ridiculous&over dramatic
The car was empty when they marched in unison, did they think someone was hiding in the footwells?😂
State police don’t even have ballistic shields in their squads. They do their job alone, that’s a lot of units for an alleged stolen car that immediately pulled over, and not run.
This crazy af he still didn't get a title when he brought the car last year I just brought my tahoe on April 4th & got my title at the end of April dealerships are stupid af
I’d sue the Toyota dealership and the local police department.
Sandra doorley would say she's having a bad day. And she had a badge and a black suv
CPD dont be on this at all they wouldve just gave him a court date and let him leave of he showing paperwork he the owner them surburban cop be hunting for tickets and arrest
If he were black they wouldn't of followed.
Yea it happens
Police did their job, Toyota dealership is to blame. On his own admission, he was in fear that would happen because of the title issue. So he was aware there was a discrepancy and never got it resolved...even after a year. Stop blaming cops for doing there job.
He needs to shut up. It’s his fault.
He was treated with dignity and respect.
One false move & he would lost his dignity.
Agreed
