HONDA Smart Key / Keyless / Key FOB Battery Replacement

Follow these steps to correctly replace the battery in any Honda (Jazz, HRV/Vezel, CR-V, City, Civic, Pilot, Accord, Odyssey) smart key.
The key FOB uses a CR2032 battery.

I just had to do this. The key is being used to force open the fob. There is a section in the middle of the exposed fob that is slightly narrower than the key thickness. Forcing the key in there and pushing the key up and down slightly makes it easy to lever open the fob compartment
