- It’s time again for another candle collection video! You guys have been requesting this for a while now so I finally got it done. In this video I’ll go through all my Bath & Body Works candles as well as a small collection of Yankee Candles and some other miscellaneous candles and melts. I love that you own the "ridiculousness" of your candle collection I do the same. There are so many worse things that you could be doing.
Suggestion... from what I've heard. Store your wax flat because the oils pull down as they age in drawers. Lol I have my candles in the huge bath and body works boxes so my husband won't see... I counted last time I have a little less than 200 including a bunch of repeats of certain scents. My husband would go nuts if he seen them displayed like that. I have some in my closet that I choose from then I go pick out some more from boxes depending on the mood when I do change them over. Haha my sister in law told me if my house would catch on fire that she thinks the whole city would be able to smell my house. 😀 that you wouldn't be able to smell smoke.

I moved to a very old (200 yrs old this year), large home. Five closets, with glassed doors, around the house are just candles. I have more Yankees than BBW, but it's fun to have so many various scents from the years to choose from and enjoy, like a private candle store. It's shocking, and sad, the difference in strength my old Yankees, pre-2015, are compared to their candles now.

Yankees do not smell like anything to me too. Maybe it's because we are so used to strong Bath & Body Works candles.

But just a little tip, I think it would've been better if you would've shown each candle by name one by one. Instead of just naming some random ones. I Hope I don't come off as rude! Cranberry Sugar Cookie, sounds yum!! How could that fail?? I forgot the zoo line never came back, the lime one sounds good, as well as Pomegranate Spritzer! Tequila Lime Cupcake, omg!! And Almond Chai? Oooh yes, I wish that collection would return! I wish I had Tuscany Candle melts. I always wondered how you stored them. I'm drooling, the shelves are so beautiful!!!

Elle If u have a Joannes Fabric near you pick up the HUDSON WAX MELTS its the same Company and have the Same exact Lemon Sugar Cookie Fragrance (called Lemon Sugar Cookie) . The package is IDENTICAL just says Hudson instead of Tuscany. xxoojenn

Great Collection Bren,,,,, Is it crazy that i have 9 3wicks of Sonoma Key Lime PIe??? Ny fave and cant believe they didnt bring it bak. I need to organize my candles better i just have SOOOO many id never b able to display them all,,,, More than 600 less than 1,000. CRAZY!!

This might sound dumb, but could you do a video on how to burn a candle (to its fullest potential)? I hear people talk about trimming wicks, but what is the purpose of that , and how often /when do you actually do it?
Yes that's a good idea! I will work on that. You should trim the "mushroom tops" or any soot balls off your wicks between each burn. If you light a candle with the soot balls on top they will explode and fall into the candle and then it makes the wax smell burnt and also puts soot into your air.

Nice vedio！！ It is sooo satisfying you put them in such nice order ！ Would you recommend the sent that we can use before bed and not irritating nosr. Last time my Yankee candle make my nostril swelling a littke bit but another warm sent did not at all . Thank you for you video again！

Hey!! Are you doing anything with those extra lids? I have thrown most of mine away because I was storing them tucked away but now want to display them and didn’t know you’re supposed to keep lids on to retain the scent
Hi Bren! Nice collection! When you get a chance, could you smell Berry Waffle Cone and Cranberry Sugar Cookie side by side and see what you think--are they the same? Thx
Hmm there are some similarities, but they are not the same. CSC has some caramel vibes, and is really close to Cranberry Pumpkin. BWC is more cinnamon, and not as "cloudy" of a scent.
Do you prefer yankee candle or bath and body works?
Does the candles lose its scents if i stored them for a years without even using them please?

Your video is interesting! I'm a candle collector as well, I have 204 large jar/housewarmer Yankee Candles. I store them in Three very large depth and width cabinets with Five shelves each I purchased at Lowe's, the cabinets have been lifesavers. You have to give Yankee more deserved interest, they are superior in quality. I own *some Bath and Body works fragerences as well and that White barn but Yankee is the best, longer lifespan and the throw is just as good if not usually better. From my experiences people just purchase B&BW because they are economical/cheap especially during the retailer's sales. Try larger cabinets...You will love them.
I'm curious what you think of guava pina colada. It is my all time favorite and I never hear anyone talk about it. 😊
It's good, the same as mango coconut cooler I believe. I think it's just been around so much it's considered a staple-scent now.

Yes! Almost the same, CSC is sweeter, CP more caramel. But 90% the same.
