- Hi guys. I'm Daniele Castelli, I'm 20 years old and this is my PLANCHE PROGRESSION ( from tuck to full planche ). I started training planche after 1 year of basics in calisthenics doing many pull ups, push up and dips.

How you was unlock the adv tuck bro i try it and it take me little bit close
@@phongstreetworkout4426 first make sure that you have a solid tuck planche ( form, and timing) before you move to adv tuck .second , for better result i recommend you to combine your workout with dynamic moves like L sit to adv , also negatives
Just dont rush and keep trying until you make it

6.1 it's toeture building specific strenght. Im basicly forbiden to build muscles on legs before building upper solid strenght :D

I'm 179cm but I still managed to unlock full planche on the floor. It took me around 2 years so yeah it's hard but never give up.

Congrats for the work and dedication! What was your warmup routine for planche (exercises and how long)? And also did you get injured or how did you prevent getting injured?

1) My warmup for the planche is made of : planche lean and planche lean pushups or other variations of push ups
2) The warmup is about 10 min
3) I "get injured" when I was at the adv tuck planche / straddle planche (I felt a little pain in the biceps for 1 week )
4) my advice to prevent to get injured is to follow all the steps

1) Yes, one leg advance planche is one of my favourite exercises to improve the full planche's form..., it help me a lot

Bro what were the exercises that helped you the most??
For me the best exercises to improve planche are Adv tuck planche pushups (many reps) , one leg adv planche, and planche with bands. These exercises for me can help, but for other people can't help......

I train planche Monday, Wednesday and Friday, while Tuesday and Saturday I do a little workout working on the protraction and the extension of the legs

if you mean planche absolutely not.... it would be too stressful for my shoulders and biceps , instead if you mean exercises like abs , or some pullups or dips the answer is yes

1) Monday --> 1:15
2) Tuesday --> 30-35 min
3) Wed --> 1:15
4) Th --> 30-35 min
5) Fri --> 1:15
