As a USAF vet I love aircraft from around the world. While I am very prejudice towards my beloved US aircraft, I will admit the SU and Mig family have some nice aircraft. The SU-35 and its variants, and the Mig 29's are my favorites for the Ruskies. Beautiful lines, tough as nails, and fast. The pilots that fly them are some of the best in the community and know how to push the birds to the limits for some jaw dropping maneuvers. Nice video and editing. Enjoyed it as always.

Personal favorite is actually the Mig 29 but you can see how similar the lines are; basically Soviet/Russian 4th gen fighters have gorgeous form. American jets somehow just don't look as slick.

Falket1973 those maneuvers are useless in combat. It doesn’t make them any good, it makes them fun to watch in an airshow.

All of the sukhoi 27 series like 30 and 35 have super maneuverability. Because of its 3d thrust vectoring
27 series didn't have any thrust vectoring, 2D or 3D. Only the indian variant of Su-30 has 3D thrust vectoring.
You're looking at Su-35.

Но да, создали на основе Су-27, которую современной рашке уже не повторить.
Су-35 - это когда прикрутили к Су-27 движок от МиГ-29.
Atomic Blast Тебе сколько лет? Миг 29 меньше чем Су 27. Су 27-37 относятся к классу тяжелых истребителей и у него другие двигатели. На видео показаны разные Су. Старый 27, новый 35, морской 33, двухместный 30 и экспериментальный 37-ой.
@@user-cw5gk7kc5v На старом Су-27 нет отклоняемого вектора тяги. Все самолёты, выделывающие тут финты, уже российские. Про движок от МиГ-29 я, естественно, преувеличил.
Я согласен, что в нынешних условиях ничего нормального не разработать и что Су-27 это НЛО. Но тут более современные машины на его основе.

Nobody wants to talk about the fact that sukhoi has made more maneuverable aircraft than anything the US has to offer. As an American citizen im thoroughly jealous. Wish we had these planes.
Imagine if sukhoi are made and design by USA with f119 engines. What would they gonna be like... Whooooo haaa...🤔😍😍😍😍😍
The US knows that maneuverability isn't a priority. The last actual dogfight happened over two decades ago, that fighting is completely extinct. It's all about BVR and stealth capabilities now, and the US absolutely is way ahead in those fronts.
@@biggiesmalls7939 indeed. Many people are saying China J20 is crap. But we never seen USAF, or US fighter producer like Lockheed Martin say anything like this. I believe they all know what J20 is and they did a 1:1 size J20 model for research around 2014. They all know J20 is much more threatening than su 57. And i remember 2013 Columbia university did J20 canard aerodynamic simulation menuver rate research and the results are stunning.
@@michaelgfyau4514 Yea the Chinese J20's are more threatening just based off the number of them. Russia doesn't have more than a few test Su-57's, and they don't even have fifth gen engines in them. China is definitely more advanced in their 5th gen development.
@@biggiesmalls7939 yupe. The only dangerous part of J20 is their PL15 which nearly 200km of range and thier AI drones wingman. J20 can't compare to F22 in every status. The problem is China is improve very fast. Hope P&W can complete their fifth generation engine earlier.

Awesome. Still the greatest fighter ever built. Canada should be purchasing Flankers for our new fighters, not F-35s or Superhornet. Flanker's got the range, the speed, and the weapons load we need. And the Russian's have shown a willingness to integrate western avionics for clients, like Indian's Su-30MKIs and their French avionics.
Wengy B: it'd be awesome, but the yanks would be upset with all the William Tell Top Gun trophies the Canadians would win....
Not to mention they are much cheaper and easier to maintain than F-35s.
It's incredible the manoeuvres that Sukhois can do. Imagine the kind of plane that could be made if Sukhoi and Lockheed ever teamed up?
Turkish National Fighter Jet (Milli Muharip Uçak, i.e MMU) will be the closest it gets to what you've said. It's design is a mix of Russian-American plane :D
