I just watched this video (July 22, 2022) and it appears to have been censored, but no one has even mentioned it in the comments. For instance, when the narrator starts talking about the Japanese massacre of Koreans, the word "massacre" is blurred out in the text she's reading from, and her spoken narration goes silent when she supposedly reads the word massacre, so it sounds like she says the Japanese of Koreans instead of the Japanese massacre of Koreans. Was the censorship fake, meaning was it done deliberately to highlight the way Japan has historically refused to admit to the massacre and to crimes like forcing Korean women to serve as "comfort women" to the Japanese army?
I'm rooting to watch this K-series, soon!. Having watched the trailer only, I'm already fascinated to watch the whole video, unfortunately, I just could not find a better site or channel. I've been watching Lee Min Ho's series since July 14, 2022, and now seeing Pachinko's trailer, (being presented as epic saga, I would truly love the video series for sure)
I think it has to do with UA-cam demonetized videos about certain subjects. Note this is done through algorithms and bots, so the creator has to complain after the fact, that is, even if UA-cam decides that it's fine after all, the creator loses compensation while the demonetization is in place. So this creator decided to not take chances and not use that particular word, for which there isn't a replacement, it is specifically named "massacre". You have a clever theory, but it's more about the Kafkaesque world of UA-cam, not a political statement.
For all of the writer's narcissistic enforcement of veteran actors auditioning for their roles, you'd think she'd be perfectionist in making sure directors and other filming crews cared about little things. LOL Shows how crazy people miss the point of their insanity.
The show was amazing. When is the new episodes coming?

I was thinking the same lol
Yes it’s her, she confirmed it before :)
Yup
Love this channel ♥️♥️
Would UA-cam demonetized the video for the word m*ss*cer? That's mind-blowing. The world really needs an alternative to UA-cam
Thank you💜💜

Oh Taemin
Of course to remember, and to talk about it to tell all the stories, do not to plaster under the carpet, ❣️🇰🇷🇮🇱
