    Simple Korean fried chicken that can make it at home
    Ingredients
    1 egg
    3-4 spoon tapioca starch
    1/2 teaspoon pepper and salt
    A small plate sesame
    2 boneless drumstick cut into small pieces
    Mixed sauce
    1 spoon Korean spicy paste
    2 spoon water
    1-2 spoon sugar
    2 spoon soy sauce
    1 spoon tomato sauce
    1. Put in the pepper and salt into the chicken bowl, add in the egg too and mixed well
    2. Heat the pot with oil, while heating the oil, put the chicken into the bowl with tapioca starch, mix well.
    3. Fried the chicken. Make sure the chicken are covered with starch
    4. Fried till golden colour, take out the chicken , rest for about 5 minutes, fried again to make the chicken more crispy
    5. Clean the pot. Boil the mixed sauce till see the bubble. Put in the fried chicken and sesame. Mixed well, then can serve.

    简单的韩国炸鸡,可以在家里做
    成分

    1/2茶匙胡椒和盐

    2匙水

    5清理锅。煮调好的酱汁,直到看到气泡。放入炸鸡和芝麻。混合好,然后可以上碟了
