Nice video. To those who say the execution was not brutal I disagree for 2 reasons. 1. It is obviously brutal to be hung twice and have your body displayed in a cage hanging for crows to eat the flesh of after death. 2. William Kidd was a privateer (a bit like a soldier), and so worked for the English. It is unsure to which degree William Moore attacked William Kidd or was attacked and so killed in self-defence, and so he may have been innocently killed for a murder which was self-defence, or a pirating which was actually privateering as Captain Kidd refused to attack Mughal and English ships. The fact that it is uncertain to which degree Kidd was guilty or not, I think it rather brutal for him not only to be killed, but also to go through so much in prison only to have his body desecrated after. I think calling this brutal is justified.
Same. I always was a fan of medieval times, legit medievals if you know what i mean. Like roman centurions and stuff. But i wasn't that much interested in pirates until i played ac black flag a week ago, the nature of these pirates kinda caught my interest. And as a guitar player who aims to be a successful musician, i would like to have every bit of knowledge and inspirations possible.
