Banana Ice Cream:
3 ripe, peeled and frozen bananas
5ml (1 tsp) Vanilla Extract
100ml (4 tbsp) double/heavy cream
Swiss Meringue (per baked alaska)
1 egg white
50g (1/4 cup) caster sugar
