Banana and Onion Peel Fertilizer for Plants

In this video I make a natural fertilization for my young tomato and peppers seedlings. These seedlings require fertilization every 5-7 days. This week I am feeding them with a home-made fertilizer using banana and onion peels. Banana peels are rich in potassium, magnesium, calcium, tannins, saponin, and cellulose. All of these component are necessary for a plant to remain strong and healthy.
Onion peels are full of copper, iron, calcium, magnesium, sulfur, quercetin (important for plant root regeneration).
Don't through away the peels!

В луковой шелухе много меди, железа, кальция, магния, серы, кверцетина (важен для регенерации корней растений).

I had made banana tea fertilizer for my seedlings and house plants last season. My plants really loved it! I Should pick some bananas next time grocery shopping. Thanks for the reminder👍

Hi Luli, thank you. I'm bit confused as there are some videos where they're telling banana peel fertilizer is really bad for plants as it attracts too much insects and fungus. Please reply about your opinion.

My husband and I are starting a vegetable garden. Can we use this tea on our tomatoes, cucumbers, cilantro and lettuce plants? If not what vegetables and fruit plants can we use this on?
