Having never heard this cover, I already knew the screams wouldn't come. It's clear this guy simply doesn't have the range for it. The fact that this cover is played in a lower key kind of gives that away as well. Not a detriment at all because Eric Adams has an insane range of 4 octaves. Still a worthy cover, though.
Great reaction from you again. I like someone who gets into the music and doesn't sit there like a bump on a log. If you get a chance check out a band a lot are not familiar with from Boston. The name is Wilderun and I believe they are considered folk metal. They have a new CD on November 1st.
U have great reactions my dude ... U Will love this songs and should react to them Avatar - Hail the apokalyps Avatar - Bloody Angel Ghost - Cirice Ghost - Square Hammer Sabaton - Night witches Sabaton - the last stand Amon Amarth - Guardians of asgaard Amon Amarth - shield Wall Opeth - Deliverence Opeth - Ghost of perdition Brothers of metal - prophesy of ragnarök Brothers of metal - the meed song
Eric from Manowar is talked about when the subject is uncoverable singers. Joakim proved he can be covered. Overmatching him may not be possible for mortals.
I suggest the following covers by Sabaton: Amon Amarth - Twilight Of the Thundergod Rammstein - Feuer frei And of course another Sabaton song: Screaming Eagles! You should also check out the other band of one of the guitarists. Majestica - Above The Sky
If you haven't seen swedish fans help them out live with livstid i krig I Think you chould great to watch you respond to this and also my older brother is a member from the band brothers of metal makes it more inresting to watch you man.
When it comes to covers. There is a bend named "Death". This guys heard "Painkiller" from Judas Priest and felt it is too soft and not fast enough for their taste. So they made a cover of it... Did they made it faster and harder? React and you shell know... ;-) Manowar: Heart of Steel (power ballad), Hail and Kill (not a ballad), Crown and the Ring (goes well back to back with Kingdom Come), Black Wind Fire and Steel,...
Hi! Have you ever heard of the band Insomnium? It’s a melodic death metal band from Finland. They have a ton of great music i would love to see you react to. Songs like While we sleep, Pale Morning Star.
Yo, couldn't help but notice your love for true vocal ability like Floor's. You really need to react to a group called Home Free, and the song is, Man of Constant Sorrows. These guys will blow your mind with their vocals. Hit me up if you would like to do the reaction together. ( if your close by, saw the razorback hat, I'm in Springdale, Ar.)
There is only one Manowar and there is only one Eric Adams. The singer had at least 10 attempts to try and match Eric Adams range and didn't even try - or knew he couldn't - sadly I wasn't impressed. Folks, listen to the 1988 original to see how it is really done.
Next Sabaton cover you need to to do "All Guns Blazing" originally by Judas Priest. I didn't think Judas Priest could be improved upon, but Sabaton might have just pulled it off with this one. ua-cam.com/video/97NXoOydDw4/v-deo.html
Manowar , the original is incomparable, nobody can match Eric’s Vox!!!! Sabaton version was fine, and they were clever enough, to not take on the original!
If you're in for some raw German gem stylistically into US influenced Power Metal, try "The Crimson Throne" by Circle Of Silence. They have a couple of albums out already and are a bunch of nice lads, actually friends of mine. I think you really might like their style. ua-cam.com/video/Z5pJHUO09gw/v-deo.html
Honestly I think both are equal. but both have different interpretations in sabaton's version I feel like it's being sung by a solemn knight, who is prepared to go to war, to kill and die so that others will not. While in manowar's it feels almost like a bard or a leader rally the troops to inspire them with promises of glory and power. To me the songs are equal and yet opposites, 2 sides of a coin of duty and glory
Sabaton also did a cover of Twilight of the thunder god by amon amarth
also ghost division is really sick
YES

Having never heard this cover, I already knew the screams wouldn't come. It's clear this guy simply doesn't have the range for it. The fact that this cover is played in a lower key kind of gives that away as well. Not a detriment at all because Eric Adams has an insane range of 4 octaves. Still a worthy cover, though.
They also covered "For Whom the Bell Tolls"... and I listen to their cover WAY more than the original
Great reaction from you again. I like someone who gets into the music and doesn't sit there like a bump on a log. If you get a chance check out a band a lot are not familiar with from Boston. The name is Wilderun and I believe they are considered folk metal. They have a new CD on November 1st.
