He's actually not complaining at all. He's already moved on and is calling out his next opponent. These complaints are from people on a couch. It’s not debatable. If hill got KO’s a minute later, he still would make excuses. DC is a known for being bias and not accurate in his assessment of a lot of previous fights. He needs to shut his mouth on this one.

Huh? It is up to the struck fighter to decide to continue. If he wants to go ahead, then it's all good.
Nope ! When he makes the timeout sign only the ref can call time in. The fighter can't immediately wave off a timeout for a foul or any reason. Herb fkd up
you can't stop the fight and allow it to continue without taking the fighters back a step, the rule.

I don’t think a fighter should ever be able to call off a time out by a ref. Once a ref calls time out, it’s time out and only they can call time in.
