[SSF2 Mods] Ulquiorra Cifer V2 Release!!!

- From barely a full moveset for base to a full two formed release! Ulquiorra is my favorite character of all time, so I had to spin back once I seen the new sprites for his Murcielago state. No restrictions, no limits, just pure power and despair. This form will be adjusted if and when his Segunda Etapa state gets a new set of sprites, but until then enjoy!

We need an Aizen mod to have 5 more villains, plus whereabouts: Frieza, Blackbeard, Madara, Aizen and Mephiles.
@@Ghost_Skellington Aizen lacks proper sprites, they’re out there somewhere though. Everyone else is great though.

I can't use the MOD, the game doesn't read the format, it ignores it completely, I have other MODS, I also have the first version of Ulquiorra and it reads it without any problem, but not version 2, I already tried deleting the first version, I've tried everything, help please

@@uchihashisui5795 I’m aware, he was already meant to be this powerful since there isn’t Segunda to compensate for his full power, this was addressed in the description. But, there were also people who complained about the transformation being difficult to access or play. One thing I can guarantee is that he will be nerfed in a V3.

I can’t get money from this, I only mod the game and the whole thing within itself is a fangame. Thankfully I do have a working job so I’ll be okay!
