Nice video. I would have mounted it with the string attachment point aiming down towards the riser. Less chance of debris from branches and twigs getting under the clicker. Thanks for the demonstration.
+WV591 that is what it said to do in the instructions was to put it on the fade out. But I wanted as little bit of string as I could get so I went on the upper part of the limb which I found many people have done with good luck.

more good stuff from trad trails. that's a good lookin bow too. can you maybe Do some future videos on stuff like installing a rug rest and how the fetching should pass thru? maybe how to properly set your nock point? thanks!
not really. I use a bear hair and leave a small "gap" between and let a fletch pass thru there. not sure that's the best way, it seems to wear that one fletch a little. I'm fairly new to trad and unsure of stuff. really appreciate your help and videos.
+Johnny Brown no problem at all. From your description of how you have put your rest on it sounds spot on. How are your arrows flying? I have heard that improper arrow flight and can lead to feather wear do to the arrow not passing over the rest and shelf correctly. I know when I shoot a lot I get some wear on that inner feather though regardless. Assuming you shoot three fletch how do you orient your feathers?
Trad Trails- cock feather up, one feather goes thru the "gap" and the other two are clear, no contact. I know in trad there's going to be some contact but I say the less contact the better. it seems to work, I just don't see other shooters doing it that way. most I see have the rest tight and cock feather out, seems like a lot of contact to me. I may be over thinking it. like I said, I'm new, just started last summer and trying to work it out.
Trad Trails - that would be awesome! I'd like to see that myself. remember my arrow deal? uncut Berman centershot 600's with 125 tips fly great. my buddy has been shooting for years and is a good Shot, kind of old school, he says I'm thinking too much, quit worrying about it and just shoot.
+Johnny Brown that's awesome! Thinking to much certainly can lead to its own issues, my dad use to say that about me all the time but I enjoy tinkering with all aspects of the traditional spectrum so I just do what I can.
Very concise instructions thanks
so far this is the only video on youtube that actually shows how to tune the clicker to your draw length - so thanks!
Very nice one... never thought I'd look this up but people seem to really get great results!
Great video
Great video. I'm going to buy a clicker for me.
Thanks for the demo. You can make them too. I need one for my Trad.

for accurate results, it should be installed on the riser or thick part of the limb closest to riser where the limb doesn't flex/move.
