Alhamdulillah, it's great to know that Islamically aromanticism and asexuality are not a sin. These are ofcourse not natural or normal if you look at the general population. Being an aroace myself, I know, understand, and feel exactly how the brother from the UK is feeling about marriage. May Allah SWT make our intentions pure and keep us protected from sins outside marriage.
Don't call it asexuality or whatever LGBT terms exist. Having no desire to marry someone is usually due to the fact you haven't found anyone you are interested in.
It can be some issue with your mental health or something. You should seek some doctors that may help you. Allah will gift you much more if you marry, take care of a wife, have children and grow the religion among next generation. May Allah help you. ❤

Asexual literally means without the normal sexual stuff, in reproduction it has to do with reproduction without fertilisation and has to do with cloning. In terms of feelings, it means having no sexual feelings, urge, lust or whatever.
