- The plaintiff is married to the defendant but has been trying to divorce him for the past two years. The plaintiff and the defendant filed their taxes together. However, the plaintiff alleges the defendant hasn’t yet paid her half the return like he was supposed to do, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant is countersuing for emotional distress.
YOU CAN TELL SHE WASN’T TELLING THE WHOLE TRUTH ANYWAY.

The judge is wrong, when I was trying to get a divorce from my ex-husband, who too was hiding from the divorce papers. The judge told me that I could not do it without my ex being there, because the judge felt that it was "unfair" for me to do it without my ex.
My mother was able to do it without my sperm donor being there. I think it's because they couldn't find him

I think he is passing false accusations about her. She appears to be a mother trying to take care of her daughter without financial or emotional support from her husband. She expressed how she felt about him very well at final thoughts - he was quiet cause he knew she was telling the truth. She needs to file another petition for divorce, then on to child support court.
