I have been busy with so many personal issues, creative work to finish out the wazoo, so I’ve distant and not checking on your manga, games, and other miscellaneous work.
But like I mentioned somewhere on a recent video, put everything you’re working on here since some people don’t know what cool shi you’re working on.
Maybe even consider moving to a new channel to start fresh while keeping this one.
(It’s an odd thing when some channels just start to get less views for no apparent cause).
I’ll check out the game in weeks time for the SOI version since the Phonei is so lovely to make things for :)

I had an idea for a game once where the enemy was a rogue AI. Each 'species' of robot that worked for it would have its own AI that would learn from the players. So, the more it fought, the better it would get, and would adapt to the meta of the huma fighters.
If you won missions you would get resources and if you beat robots you would get special resources that humas couldn't make, then use them to buy upgrades. The AI could likewise earn resources to upgrade the robots.
AI will out scale you majority of the time or inevitably
@@Smurfis I would probably have it dump resources into megaprojects if it advanced too far. Like, maybe it's goal is to build new factories, so it expands factories, which increases the resources humans get from raids. Maybe it also weakens the robots to try and keep a 50/50 success rate, confident that it can win with numbers.
I would definately put safeties on both ends in case either side got too strong and to balance the game.
Congrats on getting this amazing concept into a fully working game and releasing it!

As a 16 year old in the 11th grade, it's really interesting watching videos on things like machine learning and ai WHILE doing functions in school. Functions is hella boring and I'd rather die then do it for the rest of my life, but its super cool to be able to watch and learn something from an expert breaking down their thought process in developing and connecting that to something I learned on my own. It makes the design process a lot less daunting and more understanding, looks like paying attention in school does pay off! Who knows, maybe I'll try to implement this style of game AI in a game of my own, you think lua on roblox could let me do the same thing? 🤔
Idk I've never played Roblox but it's worth a shot, who knows what you might be the first to discover

Awesome video! Could you clarify, what was the idea behind the Parrot 90k AI? You only mentioned the network part, but I didn't get what algorithm was used.
it's just a spreadsheet / lookup table. With every action selected there is an input state, so fatigue, last action, distance to opponent, etc, & then the action that was chosen based on this input state. The AI then will look at its spreadsheet next time it pays & selects the actions that it knows based on previous recorded input.

What if you used 2 methods create 2 AI to fight each other could use chatgpt AI to train Parrot AI and run a loop of bouts. Not that I know enough just wondering if that would be even possible.
