If I take working distance=67cm(+1.5) Then answer is, First off all subtract the working distance from the both meridian, then we get, 90*axis has a zero(0) 180*axis has a +1.00D Final prescription is O/+100@180 It is currect or wrong, reply me

😊
This video is very much helpfu for us.
Thank you 😊
I never seen this type of helping vdo and very very very easy to understand. Thankuu so muchh
Thank you so much 😊
Homatropine -> 2% = 0.50 DS
Working distance = 1.50 Ds
So net Result is
-0.50/+0.50×90°
Thank you for a very well explained video, sir.
Sir aapne to retinoscopy ki faad🤗 hi di
sir bilkul maza a gya sir.

Thank you so much 😊
Without subtracting working distance and cycloplegic
+1.50 / +1.00 X 90
It's really helpful video sir,,, Tusi great ho ,,,, Thanks alot ,,,, I got it Cross form,
😊👍
Working distance is 1 meter
Tonus allowance is +0.75 DS
The answer is : -0.25/+1.00 @ 90⁰
working distance 66cm so deducting +1.50ds
then used homatropine +0.50
ans is -0.50DS
Please check if its correct or not!
Correct
Answer of last question is +0.5DS / -1.0DC x180°
Another possible answer is -0.5DS / +1.0DC x 90°
Sph= +1.50 -(+1.50working dist)=0.00
Cyl= +2.50-(+1.50working dist)=+1.00
Now final power={+0.00/+1.00×90°}
Now changing cylinder power (+ to -)
Given,{ +0.00/+1.00×90°}
Now,{ +1.00/-1.00×180°}
Final power to be prescribed:
+1.00dsph/-1.00dcyl×180°
+1.00*90°
At the end you done transposition I think 🤔
@@HashimKhan-bc7jc yes it is transposition. But this makes the Rx more complicated one.. always prescribe the simple one.. and rest depends on patient that which power he/she prefers or accepts during subjective refraction.
You did not subtract tone Allowance.
If you subtract tone Allowance your answer will wrong
But minus /plus is minus Then how come 0 the spherical value ?
I am MLOP student your video helpful ❤
omgggg!!! tysm, very informative and detailed discussion. I'm so happy I finally found your video after hours of searching the net about this topic.
Thank you so much 😊🙏
For the first time in practice, I got to understand retinoscopy 😁😁😁😁 Thank you so much

Without any tonus allowance subtraction ,our ans would be

By deducting tonus allowance our answer would be

Sphere = +1.50, cyl = A-B =+2.50 -(+1.50) = +2.50 - 1.50 = +1.00cyl...So the answer is +1.50Ds/+1.00cyl/90°
The Only right answer here
Did you subtract your working distance?
No the right answer is Plano/+1.00 x 90
Or, +1.00/-1.00x180
Plano/+0.50@90
Good animations and well explained. One thing though. You're mixing and interchanging meridians and axes. They are different
+0,5-1.0/180 or - 0.5+ 1.0/90
-0.50ds/+1.0dc×90°
+150+100×90
W.D_150
0 +100×90 if we doing with cyclo..
Then it will be _0.50 +100 ×90 or
+050_100×180

Why you substract +1.50 ? You did not put working lens from the start. Please explain
Here, I am doing retinoscopy from a distance of 66cm. For 66cm we need to subtract+1.50 DS from the retinoscopic value.
You can also do retinoscopy with your working distance in the back of the frame to avoid calculations at the end
i did not get the point of how to get cyl power..that A n B value
Thank you very much for this explanation video sir.

Thank you sir , this video help me a lot 🥰
Very nicely explained
Sir we subtract only in horizontal meridian so power is +0.50DC × 180
We subtract working distance from both the meridian
Sir we subtrat Working distance both meridian and in cyclo allowance subtract horizontal meridian only sir so the power is +0.50DC × 180
Cyclo allowance also subtract from both the meridian.
Please watch this video again. It is clearly mentioned in the video.

sir, can you please explain the question which you have given in the last of this video?
Sir ,can you upload a video about flash retinoscopy.
Sir eye Diseases ke uppar bhi ek play list bnaiye
Should the power lens be included with the working distance?
I've a question.
Will we get only two axis 90 and 180?
No other axis as given on autoref?
Is it correct sir
Very well explained 👌🏻
Thank you so much 🙏
If I take working distance=67cm(+1.5)
Then answer is,
First off all subtract the working distance from the both meridian, then we get,
90*axis has a zero(0)
180*axis has a +1.00D
Final prescription is
O/+100@180
It is currect or wrong, reply me
Working distance=-1.50ds
Tonus allowance=-0.50
Ans : +3.50/+1.00@90°
After the transposition=+4.50/-1.00@180°
Pls reply my ans I want to know if my answer is correct or not
Thank you sir
thank you soo much ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Sir what is the position of sleeve should be during Retinoscopy, either sleeve up or down
Normally we kept sleeve down, but if when patient is myopic then we need to move the sleeve up.
+0.50DS
After subtracting WD and cycloplegic tonus
Final value is -0.50/+0.50×90
Is it right or wrong sir?
-0.50 /+1.00 X 90
How?
Please watch this video again. Its my humble request to you. 😊
Kindly Plz tell me how cylinder will be +1.00?
+0.50 - (-0.50)
+0.50+0.50
=+1.00
