Journey 2: The Mysterious Island is a 2012 American science fantasy action-adventure film directed by Brad Peyton and produced by Beau Flynn, Tripp Vinson and Charlotte Huggins.
A sequel to Journey to the Center of the Earth (2008), the film is based on Jules Verne's The Mysterious Island (1875). It stars Dwayne Johnson, Michael Caine, Josh Hutcherson, Vanessa Hudgens, Luis Guzmán, and Kristin Davis.
The storyline was written by Richard Outten, Brian Gunn and Mark Gunn, and the screenplay by Brian and Mark Gunn. It tells the story of Sean Anderson who answers a distress call from his long-lost grandfather and goes to rescue him from a mysterious island with help from his militaristic stepfather and the crew of a helicopter tour. - Розваги
This was actually the first movie of The Rock's I watched when I was little. All these years and I haven't seen it since.

Decent film. I'd say The Rundown is the best action/adventure movie that The Rock has been in.
I really Like Josh Hutcherson he's very Charismatic & Talented, Not 1 of my favorite actors but I Like him, I Love Firehouse Dog, Journey Films, Red Dawn Remake, & The Beekeeper are my Favorites & his Bests IMO, I thought he was Hillarious as the Main Villain in The Beekeeper, I'd say thats my Favorite Performance of his
I Like Michael Caine he’s very Charismatic & Talented Actor, Not 1 of my Favorite Actors But I Like him, I Love On Deadly Ground, Blood & Wine, Get Carter Remake, Austin Powers 3, Batman Begins, The Weather Man, Children Of Men, The Dark Knight, Journey 2, Now You See Me 1, & Kingsman are my Favorites Of his, Haven’t Seen Much Of His Earlier Films Though
I really liked Luis Guzman’s character.
He's always fun to watch on screen lol👍
In my opinion, this. 2004's Welcome to the Jungle & 2009's Race to Witch Mountain. are three of Dwayne Johnson's best films. :)
What about walking tall,the mummy returns,the scorpion king,black adam and fast 5,6,7 and 8

I Like The Scorpion King, Be Cool, Snitch, G. I. Joe 2, Fast & Furious 6 & X, Empire State, Hercules 2014, Jumanji 2017 & 2019, Shazam, & Jungle Cruise are Ok but I'd say those are my Least favorites of The Rock
I Love The Rock Aka Dwayne Johnson, he's very Charismatic & Talented, He's 1 of my Favorite Actors, I Love The Mummy Returns, The Rundown, Walking Tall 2004, Doom, Get Smart, Race To Witch Mountain, The Other Guys, Faster, Fast & Furious 5, 7, & 8, Journey 2, Pain & Gain, San Andreas, Central Intelligence, Rampage 2018, Hobbs & Shaw, & Black Adam are my Favorites & his Bests IMO, but I Do Agree Matt, I wish Dwayne Johnson would Make & Star in More R Rated Action Films like Jason Statham, Stallone, & Arnold, but 1 of the Reasons I bring up Jason Statham is cause throughout his career he knew what his Target Audience was & he knew that he wanted to Make Action Films Aimed at Fans of Stone Cold 80's & 90's Films Arnold, JCVD, & Stallone would make, cause Statham has Starred a Lot Films People Loved that were Badass Action Films like Transporter 1 & 2, Itallian Job Remake, Crank Films, Death Race Remake, Cellular, The Mechanic Films, Safe, Spy, & The Beekeeper that were Successful at the Box Office, that's why I'm sure The Rock IMO wishes he was as Successful as Statham Box Office Wise
Great Job Matt, I Love Journey 2 along with the 1st Journey To The Center of The Earth, I Enjoyed the Action, The Rock, Josh Hutcherson, & Michael Caine, Well Directed & Written, my only Issue is me Personally I'm Not a fan of Luis Guzman, cause I usually find him Irritating & Annoying IMO, but I Still Loved Jourmey 2 that was 1 of the 1st couple films I saw with The Rock in it I saw it in Theaters when I was 6th Year's Old in 2012 LOL
This movie had some great scenes here and there but as a whole? It was pretty meh.
