Nice Video, could you please let me know how the black plastic grill comes out, it was removed at some point before the lower section of the front bumper was removed, is it just in clips? Thanks in advance.
Hi, yes it's just plastic lugs that hold it in place, use a pry tool to lever them out.
How did you mount the exhaust kit or have you just put the tips in the bumper? Great video and great help 👍🏼
Hi, the customer did not want them functional so I packed them out with some rigid foam from the rear to give a floating effect and them bonded them in using Sikaflex or similar adhesive. Hope this helps.
Are the connectors for the drl's already on the stock wiring harness? If not, where did you wire them in to?
Instructions are supplied with the kit but basically you have a live, earth and one wire that goes into your headlight wiring to turn them off when your lights are on.
Does anyone have a link for this kit?
As nice as the kit looks, the amount of speed humps and their increasing height leaves me thinking is it worth it, I'm leaning more towards higher profile tyres and raised suspension !!

Hi, on the ones I fitted, there was a lug on one side and a fixing screw on the other, although I have had ones that need bonding in.
How much to just fit but not paint thanks

what about the engine tuning, wheels and tires, suspension
The wheels and tyres did get replaced, the customer did not want anymore modifications.
What bondo do u use to fit the wheel arches
I used Sicaflex

Hey buddy , if I was to drop my van to you how long would this take buddy , and quality job by way , im desperate to get this done to mine !! Are the day time running lights in with the kit or did client buy them separately
The job would take about 3 weeks in total and yes the DR'S were included in the kit.

Would it not be easier spraying of the wagon
If this had been a genuine kit then I would not have hesitated to do so however when dealing with fiberglass changes everything, there is a much greater risk of damaging, cracking etc when fitting.

Did you rub this kit down or use a primer before the colour was added.
Hi, as with all fibreglass kits, it's always advisable to give it a light rub down and for best results 2k primer it however 1k primer will do the job if the kit is of a decent quality.👍🏼
How was the side skirts attached?

It doesn't look like a full MS - RT body kit. I contacted MS-RT and they don't sell the kit however if you sent your van to them it will cost you £12,000 plus vat

There are different types, with these I had somewhere to screw into the plastic. However, you might find that they will need bonding in, it really depends on the lights and the kit.
