I’ve been listening to this over and over and I didn’t realize how much I was sacrificing my own dignity. From now on I’m making a vow to myself when you hurt me and I stop dealing with you I will not look back.

I feel great about myself I love my small back and big bootie and the fact I always achieve my goals there s nothing I can t do if you have bully people in a gym especially when your trainers leave people alone and let them do there thing let them be happy . I have a natural talent with people and customers I’m good with people there s nothing I can’t do . I’m also very talented . Anyone who has plans of interfering with my goals please stay away from me don’t let the door hit you on the way out .
We learned the hard way that giving people a second chance is a mistake. We trusted someone who betrayed us, lied to us, and hurt us. We thought they had changed, but they only showed us their true colors again. We wasted our time, energy, and emotions on someone who did not deserve them. We realized that some people do not change, and some mistakes are not forgivable. We learned to value ourself more, and to cut off toxic people from our life. We learned that giving people a second chance is not a sign of kindness, but a sign of weakness.
How many times have we given second chances and the same outcome happens. We have to learn that when we give a second chance we are trying to find trust in that individual. You can not get emotional. Remember, you are opening yourself. it would help if you found the value in that individual to give that second chance. May your fate guide in this. God bless.
