I personally vote Raven. I think it has the longest term utility since you can add to it and rearrange it to your looking. If you ever need more pages for anything, you can get their extra pages, or pages from Cantrip Media that fits, or you can just get a disc hole puncher.

Mead 1 Subject College Ruled is my go-to for everything. I usually wait for back to school sales and stock up. Sometimes I splurge and get a 5 Star notebook with the pocket folders and quad graph paper.
I can get the Field Notes journal at my FLGS, so if I had to choose from your list, it would be that one.

5 Star are my favorite plain notebooks. For our Tales from the Loop I used a college ruled notebook, the kind with the black and white cover. Felt very appropriate to the system :)

I beg of you, Kokuyo Campus notebooks are more expensive, but are such better quality.

So... for the future you may want to look at the Rocketbook Matrix, once you fill in your notes you then use an app to upload & convert to a PDF file then you can use water & a microfiber cloth to erase the Rocketbook allowing you to use it again & again. There are specific ballpoint pens required to use a Rocketbook. If you want to test it out or get use to it you can print off the a PDF version of Rocketbook from their web-site, which obviously won't be reusable but it does give you an option when, on those rare occasions, you have forgotten your notebook. (The reason I recommend the Matrix version is because it is a mostly gridded notebook.)

Huh, I hadn't heard of that one but I've seen a number of the reusable "smart" notebooks over the years. I do like the idea of having the PDF, especially if it's searchable. Could see that being very useful as a GM as well

Made my own dry-erase character journal! I developed a sheet printed it out and then used self lamination sheets. I use an Ultra fine Sharpie (not actually dry-erase) with a magic eraser sponge for easy changes and no smudging! I love it - cover art, character drawing, sheets for everything + reusability. Ditched the dry-erase pen - too smudgy.

I've used both the Field Notes Player's and Game Master's note books. Highly recommend.

Honestly? In person, I use the sheet from More Purple More Better in page protectors for wet/dry erase and have a B5 Kokuyo Campus/Color Palette for notes. Add a Vis a Vis, a Uni Kuru Toga, a stick eraser (i personally have a Pentel Ain Clic Knock Triangular Eraser) and a highlighter (mildliners are good if you don’t like neon) in a pencil pouch and honestly? I'm good to go
I honestly love stationary so much so if you need any recommendations for pens/pencils/paper, please let me know!

I know of Cantrips Media as another journal option, similar to Raven.
I don't play often so I don't have this. I also play remote at the moment, so use OneNote.
I have used my remarkable for this as well, for campaign playing and a few times as a player.
If not those, then I tend to find a generic notebook, maybe lined or with dots, to use for campaign notes.

We reviewed the Pathfinder and Candela Obscura notebooks from Cantrips Media and I was really impressed with them.
For online, I've seen several people suggest OneNote. For whatever reason every time I've tried using it (for games or work) it just doesn't click for me

I'm a fan of their character sheets, haven't had a chance to check out the journals yet. Will put those on my list!

Only had the first session so far, but I am really enjoying it. Fun to get back into the player's seat and so far the module is very enjoyable. I particularly like that it's leaning into the feywild weirdness as well as it seems like a campaign where you can often get through encounters through multiple approaches (not just combat)
