LOVE this video. Wish more people would make videos about their D&D collections that includes their dice and character journals. I find it so fascinating and special seeing that creative side of things and the effort/detail people go to with their characters 🤗
Yeah, I always really appreciate the more artistic and creative side of D&D as well. I find it really adds to the game and makes it even more real feeling.

Been playing a very looooong time and I recently started using a dot notebook for a character sheet and notes. I set aside the first 15-20 pages for my character sheet , I hand wrote my own, with all the stats and abilities where I wanted them. Then the rest of the book is what the character did/will be doing (on going campaign). Lots of doodles, maps, notes. I find that this character is so much more immersive than any others I have played because of this notebook.
Al hail the handbook tabs! I've been playing a little over a year or so now, my group is a group of dnd veterans, I still feel like a total newbie when it comes to all the knowhow sometimes 😂
@@bybun right? There's so much info! My character is totally a mix and match of different things, official and homebrew stuff my DM dug up from some source or the other. The man is brilliant, doesn't make it easier... and then most have 15-20+ years of experience..I'm constantly looking up wth heck they're talking about. Luckily we play online and they don't see my struggle 🤣
@@studiostrixNL A Lot - a LOT of veteran players are more than happy to help out a lost newbie! Be honest about your struggle - I bet there is someone in your group who will be so happy to slow things down and hold your hand so you can play with more confidence! (Or me - I will help too if you have questions)

Please do a full review of your dice! This was such a fun video. Our campaign has been going for nearly 3yrs now, with a few breaks for a few months for life and COVID throughout. It's always dun delving into fellow D&D nerds supplies and characters. I might try to do a D&D journal like this, amazing!

Our family owns a Local Game Store (LGS). Thanks for supporting btw. My female friends and I are starting a campaign so I ama embarking on my first solo gig aside from our weekly family game and was cruising for ideas to make a separate notebook for this stuff. All your artsy stuff is amazing, I can letter and am creative, but am not gifted in drawing. Blank space and post it’s is a great idea. I am definitely committed to trying a discbound setup. I am going to see how punching in those spell card organizers go. 🤞Dice are a serious addiction, especially when you are your own supplier!!! 😬😱🤣🤣🤣

Sorry, what? Players keep their own copies of books? My DM barely gives me space on the table to just have my note taking shit out, let slone full sized books. I mean, go ahead, you do you, but is not normal to buy expensive ass books and keep them at already at a tiny table. Dosen't your DM share their books with you, if they have them?
