Question.....is there any other neighborhoods in the villages that have these style homes and if not are there plans to build more like it. These are really nice.

These are the only one that are are truly like this, the closest if it even really counts would be at Edgewater Bungalows at Lake Sumter Landing. Here's the link to that neighborhood tour ua-cam.com/video/zebAR5pkLsg/v-deo.html
There are no plans I know of to build more like these, though myself and many more wish they would.

As funny as that my seem to some, sidewalks can definitely be a rarity at some points south of the Mason-Dixon line. Yes, this area is graced with their presents.
