    Hey George good to have you back! I would just cut it all the way down to the ground! Don’t know how to neutralize the roots without intoxicating the ground,but that’s something to do some research about it! This roots can be longer than others trees so hopefully 🙏🏽 you’ll find a great remedy! Best of luck amigo!

      Thanks for the tip. I was planning on cutting it down to the ground after the branches had dried up. Waiting to see if the tips grow first.
