Out of your most recent trips in that region, that was actually your best view of Mt. Fuji. I've noticed that your overnight ferry and train trips have become mo0re frequent but you haven't done a quirky hotel video in a while. Have you exhausted the options? As always a treat to watch and listen to. ASMR with subtitles.
Wow! What a tour... buses, trains, ferry, and cable car. You really made this trip exciting. Mt. Fugi is always nice to see; snow, pollen, and all. This ~21 minute video moved so fast, we got to every place in record time. Absolutely enjoyed it . ..will catch you in the next one. Take care. stay safe.
Very nice little excursion and frankly the view was amazing even if there was a bit of a haze. It only served to make Mt. Fuji appear even more mysterious. Thanks for taking us along again !!!
I love how golden the sun looks there. I can almost feel the cool air, the clean smell and most of all the zen-like solitude. Thank you for your high quality video
This is so cool! Even with the haze, the view of Mt Fuji is excellent. Thank you for taking us on this trip with you. Our family loves your videos and your spirit of adventure 💚
Beautiful video! Particularly loved the views from the ferry and the cable car- so unique. Thanks for all the hard work you put into these videos, and hopefully you get some curry in the next one! 🍛 🍛
I’m Canadian I absolutely love watching all your videos. I have a favour my neighbour she’s a senior she went to visit a gold temple? I have some pamphlets I can show you, but I would love to show my neighbour how much respect I have for her, and how I have listened to all her stories. Your videos I have show me what a beautiful country you live in. Thank you.
I really enjoyed this video despite it not being how you wanted it to be. 😊 I loved the side trip for the panoramic view. You showed my favorite yummy Japanese dessert, Ohagi.
Thank you for doing this trip. I have been watching the 2 live feed camera's of the terminals where the ferry docks for a while now. And to finally get a proper video of the inside and trip was great. There is also a vip cabin on the bridge deck....pricey too.
The pollen haze gave Fuji-san a ghostly sort of demeanor on that day. I rather liked it! To me, it made the mountain seem even bigger because of the distorted atmospheric perspective making it look farther away than it actually was, while remaining the same imposing size.
Yes! You were right, it is "one of the most beautiful ferry routes". The pollen couldn't hide the beauty and majesty of Mt. Fuji. She is stunning. My favorite part was the cafe at the top of the gondola ride. You chose a beautiful day. The black curry there appears to be a tourist attraction. Who can just have a "sip" of curry? Be safe until we travel again.
You captured the sight and sound of countryside so well! Love your determination of avoiding unnecessary food distraction at the touristy spot. I would have totally gone with the overpriced black curry even if it’s bite size.
7:55 I buy those little thin wooden pots for when I’m teaching jewellery making, they’re just the right shade for putting beads back into bags. They’re very light too,a little fragile but they’re cheap to replace. I love to see the bonito flakes looking like they’re alive with the heat from the food
I enjoy your peaceful travel videos Mr Solo. I like your subtle humour. If we had met in life I feel we could have become friends. Alas I never visited Japan when I had the chance. Now I am not enjoying good health, so travel is unlikely. I did a lot of solo travels some years ago, so now I must be happy watching you. Thanks!
One of my favorite of all your videos. Beautiful scenery, well edited, different from most things you have done. Good job! I'm watching from Sweden Scandinavia, and have been following you for a little over one year.
Wow! I'm sorry that Fuji was not in clear sight today and was hiding its beauty so that you will have to return again to bask once again in its beauty. The black curry had me intrigued and It was a shame we didn't get to experience it. I liked the idea of a package or bundled ticket for a day trip. Thank you.
Wonderful, Thank you for another great video. The ferry you chose is perfect for the trip you took. It looks about the size that is similar to those involved with the January 15, 2009, rescues on the Hudson River. Thank you for showing the available features of the ferry, as well as the general feeling of the watercraft.
I enjoyed your video. It was relaxing to travel with you. I've climbed Mount Fuji twice, in 1996, and in 2019. I'd like to see Fuji San from this ferry. What would be the best date, and best time for the clearest view?
18:53 Nothing summarizes a Solo Travel video than a just emptied dish and the words "I'm getting hungry" below them. We cannot grasp the Stomach of Solo, any more than we can grasp the nature of one's existence.
And thank you for always putting up amazing videos! I loved Pollen Ghost Fuji-san, and the ferry and the park certainly were beautiful. But the main wonder was definitely seeing you turn down curry twice. XD
wow. That's beautiful. Perfect for Greek islands. I think i will see it back in 20 years from now. 20 year ship in Japan is old in Greece 20 years is new
I'm not being rude, but I'm struck on your travels by how much modern building, aside for the cities perhaps, is functional, characterless, just boxes basically miles upon miles, as shown here. Given the natural beauty of Japan, and the country's history of extraordinary art, it surprises me. Am I wrong? Robert, UK. (p.s. describing one of the sweet cakes as 'something' made me burst out laughing)
Was looking forward to seeing this ,l got the new video notification when it was released. My cat is sleeping on me and my dog beside me. Soon I'll be sleeping too
God bless you for this channel I am a subscriber since last year I love your vlogs they put me in so much peace just by watching please never give up this Chanel is a life saver 🙌🏾😮💨❤️ Edit: I just wrote this today because I’m such and addict to your videos that I wait till you upload more video just so that I can watch them without the feeling to wait for every post 😂
Really like the fun side trips, STJ! Mt. Fuji is loved by every Japanese person......even when it's not easily seen.....everyone knows it's there. The skyline trip was a bit scary....as I am afraid of heights (even when seen on a video....go figure). Now, I'm curious what Black Curry tastes like! 😲😜❤
On your videos I rarely see foreign tourists. Is there anything for tourists to travel about Japan taking ferries and trains? For the last year or so I've watched this channel. All I want to do is ride and eat on ferries. Especially the ones with vending machines.
Keep in mind that Japan only fairly recently within the last year reopened to non business/military related entry. It will probably take some time till it really picks up.
A lovely video. I agree that the start of the cable car ride was a little scary! And that the black curry was priced too high. I hope you got some curry at the end of your trip to make you happy.
Did I just watch Solo chan turn away curry, not just once, but twice? I thought I'd never see the day!
faints
I was utterly shocked! However I did calm a bit when he shared the price and then later confirmed the portion was small.
As a curry enthusiast he has his standards.
@@Kuro_kazz i thought his standard was always curry
Then maybe some curry after the curry
I have to admit I felt like the video was not complete when he didn't get his curry and went home hungry😂
Mount Fuji was hauntingly beautiful. Thank you.
That ferry food stand is worth the trip. Love the ohagi flavors: 'red bean', 'soybean flour' and 'something'

I've noticed that your overnight ferry and train trips have become mo0re frequent but you haven't done a quirky hotel video in a while. Have you exhausted the options? I’m afraid you’ve mistaken me for someone else
I just loved the gondola ride. Japan is so beautiful.

Fuji-san looked like a ghost mountain, hiding in the pollen haze. Pretty cool shots!
$21 is exceptionally good value for money.
Too expensive
Very nice little excursion and frankly the view was amazing even if there was a bit of a haze. It only served to make Mt. Fuji appear even more mysterious. Thanks for taking us along again !!!
I don't think Mt. Fuji is real... it is always hard to see. Thank you for another beautiful video.
I've climbed Fuji San twice. It's very real. I snapped a ligament last time, I'm still hobbling.
That Mt Fuji shot was still very beautiful.
As always, you show us something delightful. An interesting side trip. That cable car is on my list. Thank you!
Thank you again for such a wonderful journey. I really love to move around with you!
I like the rice cake and bean paste cake. The dish is very pretty.
I love your travelogues to a place I will never get to see in person. Thank you for sharing your videos.
Thank you for sharing this beautiful trip, Solo Traveler. Even with the pollen, the view from the cafe is stunning.
I love how golden the sun looks there. I can almost feel the cool air, the clean smell and most of all the zen-like solitude. Thank you for your high quality video
Always makes me feel so happy when I see the crew waving 😊 I love to see the beautiful Mt Fuji, thankyou for the tour 🤘🤩🤘

Beautiful video! Particularly loved the views from the ferry and the cable car- so unique. Thanks for all the hard work you put into these videos, and hopefully you get some curry in the next one! 🍛 🍛
Another wonderful excursion. Izu Panorama Park looked amazing, even despite all the pesky pollen in the air. Thank you, STJ-san!
Love when the port crews wave ❤
I like the smooth arrival and docking footage of the ferry - 🛸✨
The mountain was exquisite in the pollen mist. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for bringing me along.🌍🕊️🐰😻💗🐬🚅🚊
I really enjoyed the cable car ride and the views everywhere in this outing. Thanks for taking us all along with you.
Great content as always. Thanks. 👍👍👍😍😍😍

You have a special talent for finding beautiful secret places. The Izu view was breathtaking. Despite the pollen
I really enjoyed this video despite it not being how you wanted it to be. 😊 I loved the side trip for the panoramic view. You showed my favorite yummy Japanese dessert, Ohagi.

A wonderful side trip for a great cost.

Your sense of humor is great!
Even though it was not quite what you planned, it was totally wonderful, thank you so very much!
oh wow this ferry was super stylish!!

What a beautiful view, your food looks good !have fun travels
Thank you for your tours. You have such a beautiful country and islands. 😊❤
What a lovely day trip, STJ. Mount Fuji is still very impressive and majestic, even when obscured by pollen. I enjoyed this trip a lot.
A very exciting adventure today. I liked the ride up the mountain❤
this channel has the best comment section
everyone's chill
Great little trip - looks like an excellent way to spend a day!
I find the haze pleasing as it makes the snow cap on Mt Fuji look like a cloud. The cable car is scary but the views from the top are magnificent.
Thank you for sharing the beautiful trip.
I can’t wait. I’m packed and ready.
Bummer about the hazy weather, but still beautiful. It's always nice to see Fujisan.
That is what I call a great day😊
What a great video !!!! I had fun with this. Thank you !!!
One of my favorite of all your videos. Beautiful scenery, well edited, different from most things you have done. Good job!

That was breath taking.
I love the view from the cafe. 😍
8:02 Very funny subtitle. Thanks for sharing your sense of humour, along with this wonderful video. Cheers.
Even with hazy skies, the mountain is awesome. Very impressive sight!
I love how easy and comfortable traveling to see sights like this are in Japan!
I'm surprised you didn't try the black curry 🍛👏😆💕
I like to see the dark sauce
What a great adventure! Loving all your videos ❤ 😃👍
I was dying laughing when you couldn't identify the food and called it "something."
A varied tour. I like it.
Mt Fuji looks like a ghost back there. So pretty.
Wow! I'm sorry that Fuji was not in clear sight today and was hiding its beauty so that you will have to return again to bask once again in its beauty. The black curry had me intrigued and It was a shame we didn't get to experience it. I liked the idea of a package or bundled ticket for a day trip.
Thank you.
Thanks for the lovely video.
Beautiful scenery. Thanks again for bringing us along ❤
Omg my friend you have it going on ❤ amazing video as always have safe travels
I think Mt. Fuji looks particularly majestic when it seems to hover ethereally in the sky like that 🏔
Haha you’re food looks alive with that shaking. Thanks for the video.
So funny. I always enjoy your travels it is nice looking at the train going. Sitting in the bus and boating in a ferry.
I also got a little scared when the aerial tram took off 😂
So cool! You guys have the coolest stuff in Japan & you got some great footage! Thanks for always sharing your travels with us 😊
Thanks for sharing and thank you solo travel japan for the upload

Fuji San towers over Honshu like a ghostly giant shrouded in snow.
16:21 what a stunning view 😍

My family and I had the pleasure of seeing Mt Fuji in 1997. Fuji is a very beautiful volcano.
Hello from the 🇬🇧 👋
Solo, you should consider climbing Mt Fuji and filming the trip. It's not a fun hike but I think it would be awesome.

It’s ok, it’s dream Fuji!
I like your video
Have a good day .

Thanks Much !
thank you sm for the warning for the steam whistle xD !
