Congrats on the new camper! We have a Geopro 19FDS which has been great but thinking of going slightly bigger to a mini lite. Thank you for the info concerning buying at a show!
If you bought from Camping World I guarantee you got ripped off. You may not notice it yet but just wait. I did my research pony Camping World and I avoid them like a plague. I wish you well with your purchase.
We bought our first RV from Camping World years ago. It was a great trailer, but there were shenanigans at financing time. As long as you go over every number and every line of the contract, and stick to your guns, you can get a decent deal.
I enjoy watching your travel videos. I have a GD ImagineXLS which is about the same size as your imagine. Yours may a little more. My question is are you satisfied with your 1/2 ton tow vehicle or are you considering 3/4 ton? I have a Ram1500 that has a tow capacity of 11,000lbs and payload of 1688. It tows fine, but I have not brought it over any mountain passes. How does your. Ford 150 handle the passes?
Thanks John! While I'd like a F-250 for our Imagine, we couldn't find a decent one in our price range. Your Ram has more straight towing capacity than our F-150 and very similar payload. We took our Imagine to Yellowstone and I thought it handled the mountains just fine. Overall, I'm satisfied with the set up. It's only when the cross winds get into the 20's that I feel like there is a "tail wagging the dog" situation going on. My big thing is not to overload and keep it slow and easy. I tend to cruise between 60-65 towing. Slower the windier it gets! Best of luck on your journeys!

And thanks for watching!
Similar taste bro! Rear bathrooms are the ways to go for space and functionality. Counterspace is also a must in a camper.
Thanks, cant wait to hit the road with it! Do you have the same model?
@@DriveNorth no I'm to young but I'd love to have one in the future

Can an Explorer tow that?
This would max out an Explorer
